The LG MA3884VC has 5 power levels. The following table shows suggested uses for each level:

When the oven is first plugged in, or after a power interruption, “12:00” will show on the display. To set the clock:

Grill Cooking:

3. Select a grill code using the CONTROL dial, then press Enter/Clock. The codes are:

4. Select a time using the CONTROL dial, then press START/Q-START.

Convection Cooking:

1. Press STOP/CLEAR.

2. Select convection mode using the FUNCTION dial, then press Enter/Clock.

3. To preheat, select a temperature (40°C, 100-230°C) with the CONTROL dial and press START/Q-START. “Pr-H” will appear. The oven will beep when ready. Then, place food inside to start cooking. To cook without preheating, select a temperature with the CONTROL dial and press Enter/Clock.

4. Select a time using the CONTROL dial, and press START/Q-START.

Combination modes use a heater and microwave together to cook food faster.

Grill Combination (Co-1, Co-2, Co-3):

1. Press STOP/CLEAR.

2. Select speed combination mode with the FUNCTION dial, choose a Grill combination code, and press Enter/Clock.

3. Select the desired code (Co-1: Grill-1 + microwave, Co-2: Grill-2 + microwave, Co-3: Grill-3 + microwave) with the CONTROL dial and press Enter/Clock.

4. Select a power level (180 W, 360 W, or 600 W) with the CONTROL dial and press Enter/Clock.

5. Select a time with the CONTROL dial and press START/Q-START.

Convection Combination (Co-4):

1. Press STOP/CLEAR.

2. Select speed combination mode with the FUNCTION dial, choose Convection combination mode (Co-4), and press Enter/Clock.

3. Select Co-4 with the CONTROL dial and press Enter/Clock.

To use Speed Auto Cooking, press Speed Auto Cook, select a code with the CONTROL dial, press Enter/Clock, select the weight, and press START/Q-START. Here are the menu options:

Ac 1 Frozen Pizza (0.3 – 0.5 kg): Use metal tray. Remove all packaging. Stand for 1-2 minutes after cooking.

Ac 2 French Fries (0.2 – 0.75 kg): Use heatproof glass dish, high rack, and metal tray. Spread in a single layer. Turn food over at the beep. Stand for 1-2 minutes after cooking.

Ac 3 Whole Chicken (0.8 – 1.8 kg): Use low rack and metal tray. Place breast-side down. Turn over at the beep. Let stand covered with foil for 10 minutes after cooking.

Ac 4 Chicken Pieces (0.2 – 0.8 kg): Use high rack and metal tray. Turn over at the beep. Stand covered with foil for 2-5 minutes after cooking.

Ac 5 Beef Steaks (0.3 – 1.2 kg): Use high rack and metal tray. Turn over at the beep. Serve immediately.

Ac 6 Roast Lamb (0.8 – 1.8 kg): Use low rack and metal tray. Turn over at the beep. Stand covered with foil for 10 minutes after cooking.

Ac 7 Roast Beef (0.8 – 1.8 kg): Use low rack and metal tray. Turn over at the beep. Stand covered with foil for 10 minutes after cooking.

Ac 8 Jacket Potatoes (0.2 – 1.0 kg): Use high rack and metal tray. Use medium-sized potatoes (200-220g each), wash, dry, and pierce. Turn over at the beep. Let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes after cooking.

Ac 9 Frozen Dinners (0.4 – 1.0 kg): Use low rack and metal tray. Place frozen dinner uncovered on the rack.

Ac 10 Fresh Vegetables (0.2 – 1.0 kg): Use low rack, metal tray, and a covered microwave-safe bowl. Add water (2 tbsp for 0.2-0.5 kg; 4 tbsp for 0.55-1.0 kg). Stir at the beep. Let stand for 2-3 minutes after cooking.

Ac 11 Frozen Vegetables (0.2 – 1.0 kg): Use low rack, metal tray, and a covered microwave-safe bowl. Add water (2 tbsp for 0.2-0.5 kg; 4 tbsp for 0.55-1.0 kg). Stir at the beep. Let stand for 2-3 minutes after cooking.

Ac 12 Rice/Pasta (0.1 – 0.3 kg): Use low rack, metal tray, and a microwave-safe bowl. Add boiling water and salt. Stir at the beep. After cooking, let rice stand covered for 5 minutes; let pasta stand for 1-2 minutes and rinse with cold water.

To steam cook food in your LG MA3884VC:
