To prevent scratches on the screen, place the LG 49LB628V-ZB with the screen facing down on a cushioned table or flat surface before attaching the stand.

There are two main types of stands depending on your specific model series:

For models like LB55**, LB56**-ZE / ZC, LB62**-ZA / ZB:

1. Attach the ‘A Stand Base’ component to the main stand body (‘B Stand Base’).

2. Align the assembled stand with the mounting holes on the bottom of the television.

3. Secure the stand to the TV using the four provided screws (M4 x L20 for 32″ models, M4 x L14 for others).

For models like LB56**-ZT / ZQ, LB62**-ZE:

1. Attach the ‘A Stand Base’ to the main stand body (‘B Stand Base’).

2. Align the stand with the mounting point on the back of the television.

3. Insert and tighten the four provided screws (M4 x L20 for 32″ models, M4 x L14 for others) to secure the stand.

Connect your LG 49LB628V-ZB to a wall antenna socket using an RF cable (75 Ω).

Please note the following:

• To use more than two TVs, use a signal splitter.

• If the image quality is poor, install a signal amplifier properly to improve the image quality.

• If the image quality is poor with an antenna connected, try to realign the antenna in the correct direction.

• An antenna cable and converter are not supplied with the TV.

• Supported DTV Audio formats are: MPEG, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, HE-AAC.

• The external device connection may differ from the model.

• Connect external devices to the TV regardless of the order of the TV port.

• If you record a TV programme on a DVD recorder or VCR, make sure to connect the TV signal input cable to the TV through the DVD recorder or VCR.

• If you connect a gaming device to the TV, use the cable supplied with the gaming device.

• In PC mode, there may be noise associated with the resolution, vertical pattern, contrast, or brightness. If noise is present, change the PC output to another resolution, change the refresh rate, or adjust the brightness and contrast on the PICTURE menu until the picture is clear.

• In PC mode, some resolution settings may not work properly depending on the graphics card.

You can operate the TV functions by pressing or moving the joystick button located below the TV screen.

Basic Functions:

• Power On: When the TV is off, place your finger on the joystick button, press it once, and release it.

• Power Off: When the TV is on, press and hold the joystick button for a few seconds and release it. (If the Menu is on screen, this action will exit the menu).

• Volume Control: Move the joystick left or right to adjust the volume.

• Programmes Control: Move the joystick up or down to scroll through saved programmes.

Note: When moving the joystick up, down, left, or right, be careful not to press it first, as this will prevent you from adjusting the volume or programmes.

Adjusting the Menu:

When the TV is on, press the joystick button once to bring up the menu. You can then adjust the menu items by moving the joystick up, down, left, or right.

To prevent your LG 49LB628V-ZB from being scratched or damaged and to ensure safe transportation, please follow this advice:

• Avoid touching the screen at all times, as this may result in damage.

• It is recommended to move the TV in its original box or packing material.

• Before moving or lifting, disconnect the power cord and all cables.

• When holding the TV, the screen should face away from you to avoid damage.

• Hold the top and bottom of the TV frame firmly. Do not hold the transparent part, speaker, or speaker grill area.

1. Lift and tilt the TV into its upright position on a table.

2. For proper ventilation, leave a minimum space of 10 cm from the wall.

3. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.

CAUTION: Do not place the TV near or on sources of heat, as this may result in fire or other damage.

1. Insert and tighten the eye-bolts, or TV brackets and bolts, on the back of the TV. If there are already bolts in the eye-bolt position, remove them first.

2. Mount the wall brackets with the bolts to the wall. Match the location of the wall bracket and the eye-bolts on the rear of the TV.

3. Connect the eye-bolts and wall brackets tightly with a sturdy rope. Make sure to keep the rope horizontal with the flat surface.

CAUTION: Make sure that children do not climb on or hang on the TV.

NOTE:

• Use a platform or cabinet that is strong and large enough to support the TV securely.

• Brackets, bolts, and ropes are not provided. You can obtain additional accessories from your local dealer.

To mount your LG 49LB628V-ZB, attach an optional wall mount bracket to a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. LG recommends that wall mounting be performed by a qualified professional installer. Ensure you use screws and a wall mount bracket that meet the VESA standard.

CAUTION:

• Disconnect the power first before moving or installing the TV.

• Do not over-tighten the screws, as this may cause damage and void your warranty.

• Use screws and wall mounts that meet the VESA standard. Any damages or injuries from misuse or improper accessories are not covered by the warranty.

To perform a factory reset, go to SETTINGS → OPTION → Factory Reset. This will delete all stored information and reset the TV settings. The TV will turn itself off and back on, and all settings will be reset.

• If the Lock System is enabled, a pop-up window will appear asking for the password.

To safely remove a USB storage device:

1. Press the Q.MENU button on your remote.

• It is recommended that you use USB memory sticks of 32 GB or less and USB HDDs of 1 TB or less.

• If a USB HDD with a power-saving function does not work properly, turn the power off and on. For more information, refer to the user manual of the USB HDD.

• Data in the USB storage device can be damaged, so be sure to back up important files to other devices. Data maintenance is the user’s responsibility and the manufacturer is not responsible for data loss.
