To attach the stand to your LG 32LB561B-ZC TV, please follow these steps. Note that the image shown in the manual may differ from your TV model.

CAUTION: When attaching the stand to the TV set, place the screen facing down on a cushioned table or flat surface to protect the screen from scratches.

For models LB55**, LB56**-ZE / ZC, LB62**-ZA / ZB:

1. Place the TV screen-down on a soft, cushioned surface.

2. Align the Stand Base (Part A) with the slots on the bottom of the TV and insert it.

3. Align the Stand Base (Part B) with the Stand Base (Part A) and connect them.

4. Secure the stand to the TV using the provided screws. For the 32-inch models (32LB55**, 32LB56**-ZE / ZC, 32LB62**-ZA / ZB), use the four M4 x L20 screws.

For models LB56**-ZT / ZQ, LB62**-ZE:

1. Place the TV screen-down on a soft, cushioned surface.

2. Align the Stand Base (Part A) with the slots on the bottom of the TV and insert it.

3. Align the Stand Base (Part B) with the Stand Base (Part A) and connect them.

4. Secure the stand to the TV using the provided screws. For the 32-inch models (32LB56**-ZT / ZQ, 32LB62**-ZE), use the four M4 x L20 screws.

To connect your LG 32LB561B-ZC TV to a wall antenna socket, use an RF cable (75 Ω).

Note:

• If you need to use more than 2 TVs, use a signal splitter.

• If the image quality is poor, install a signal amplifier properly to improve it.

• If the image quality is poor with an antenna connected, try to realign the antenna in the correct direction.

• An antenna cable and converter are not supplied.

• Supported DTV Audio includes MPEG, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, and HE-AAC.

To connect your LG 32LB561B-ZC TV to a satellite dish, connect the TV to a satellite socket with a satellite RF cable (75 Ω). The port on the TV is labeled LNB Satellite IN.

The Euro Scart connection transmits video and audio signals from an external device to your LG 32LB561B-ZC TV. Connect the external device and the TV set with a Euro Scart cable as shown in the manual diagrams. Any Euro scart cable used must be signal shielded.

The AV1 (TV Out) port functions based on the current input mode:

Note: TV Out outputs Analogue TV or Digital TV signals depending on the input.

When connecting various external devices like HD receivers, DVD players, VCRs, audio systems, USB storage devices, PCs, and gaming devices to your LG 32LB561B-ZC, please keep the following in mind:

• The external device connection may differ from the model.

• Connect external devices to the TV regardless of the order of the TV port.

• If you record a TV programme on a DVD recorder or VCR, make sure to connect the TV signal input cable to the TV through the recorder or VCR.

• Refer to the external equipment’s manual for operating instructions.

• If you connect a gaming device to the TV, use the cable supplied with the gaming device.

• In PC mode, noise may be associated with the resolution, vertical pattern, contrast, or brightness. If noise is present, change the PC output to another resolution, change the refresh rate, or adjust the brightness and contrast on the PICTURE menu until the picture is clear.

• In PC mode, some resolution settings may not work properly depending on the graphics card.

You can operate the TV functions by pressing or moving the joystick button located below the TV screen. When moving your finger over the joystick button, be careful not to press it first, as this may prevent you from adjusting the volume or changing programmes.

Basic Functions

Adjusting the Menu

When the TV is turned on, press the joystick button once. You can then adjust the Menu items by moving the joystick up, down, left, or right.

To prevent your LG 32LB561B-ZC from being scratched or damaged and to ensure safe transportation, please follow this advice:

• CAUTION: Avoid touching the screen at all times, as this may result in damage to the screen.

• It is recommended to move the TV in the box or packing material that it originally came in.

• Before moving or lifting the TV, disconnect the power cord and all cables.

• When holding the TV, the screen should face away from you to avoid damage.

• Hold the top and bottom of the TV frame firmly. Do not hold the transparent part, speaker, or speaker grill area.

• When transporting a large TV, there should be at least 2 people.

• When transporting the TV, do not expose it to jolts or excessive vibration.

• Keep the TV upright; never turn it on its side or tilt it left or right.

• Do not apply excessive pressure to cause flexing or bending of the frame chassis, as this may damage the screen.

1. Lift and tilt the TV into its upright position on a table.

2. Leave a 10 cm (minimum) space from the wall for proper ventilation.

3. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.

CAUTION: Do not place the TV near or on sources of heat, as this may result in fire or other damage.

This feature is not available for all models. To secure the TV to a wall:

1. Insert and tighten the eye-bolts, or TV brackets and bolts, on the back of the TV. If there are already bolts in the eye-bolt position, remove them first.

2. Mount the wall brackets with the bolts to the wall. Match the location of the wall bracket and the eye-bolts on the rear of the TV.

3. Connect the eye-bolts and wall brackets tightly with a sturdy rope. Make sure to keep the rope horizontal with the flat surface.

CAUTION: Ensure that children do not climb on or hang on the TV.

NOTE:

• Use a platform or cabinet that is strong and large enough to support the TV securely.

• Brackets, bolts, and ropes are not provided. You can obtain additional accessories from your local dealer.

To mount your LG 32LB561B-ZC, attach an optional wall mount bracket to the rear of the TV and install it on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. LG recommends that wall mounting be performed by a qualified professional installer.

CAUTION:

• Disconnect the power first, and then move or install the TV to avoid electric shock.

• Use an authorized LG wall mount. Do not overtighten the screws as this may cause damage and void your warranty.

• Use screws and wall mounts that meet the VESA standard. Any damages or injuries from misuse are not covered by the warranty.

Make sure to use screws and a wall mount bracket that meet the VESA standard. The standard dimensions are as follows:

NOTE:

• The length of screws may differ depending on the wall mount. Ensure you use the proper length.

• For more information, refer to the manual supplied with the wall mount.

The remote control allows you to operate your LG 32LB561B-ZC. Ensure you point it toward the remote control sensor on the TV. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Functions for models LB55** / LB56**:

To perform a factory reset, navigate to SETTINGS → OPTION → Factory Reset. This will delete all stored information and reset the TV settings. The TV will turn itself off and back on, and all settings will be reset.

Note:

• If the Lock System is enabled, a pop-up window will appear asking for a password.

• Do not turn off the power during initialization.

To safely remove a USB storage device, go to Q.MENU → USB Device. Select the USB device you want to remove. When you see a message that the USB device has been removed, you can separate the device from the TV.

Note: Once a USB device has been selected for removal, it can no longer be read. You will need to remove the USB storage device and then re-connect it to use it again.

When using a USB storage device with your LG 32LB561B-ZC, please be aware of the following:

• If the USB storage device has a built-in auto recognition program or uses its own driver, it may not work.

• Some USB storage devices may not work, or may work incorrectly.

• Use only USB storage devices formatted with the Windows FAT32 or NTFS File System.

• For external USB HDDs, it is recommended to use devices with a rated voltage of less than 5 V and a rated current of less than 500 mA.

• It is recommended to use USB memory sticks of 32 GB or less and USB HDDs of 1 TB or less.

• If a USB HDD with a power-saving function does not work properly, turn the power off and on. For more information, refer to the user manual of the USB HDD.

• Data in the USB storage device can be damaged, so be sure to back up important files to other devices. Data maintenance is the user’s responsibility.

To clean your TV regularly for best performance and to extend its lifespan, follow these instructions:

CAUTION:

• Make sure to turn the power off and disconnect the power cord and all other cables first.

• When the TV is left unattended for a long time, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet to prevent possible damage from lightning or power surges.

Screen, frame, cabinet, and stand:

• To remove dust or light dirt, wipe the surface with a dry, clean, and soft cloth.

• To remove major dirt, wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened in clean water or a diluted mild detergent. Then wipe immediately with a dry cloth.

CAUTION:

• Avoid touching the screen at all times, as this may damage it.

• Do not push, rub, or hit the screen surface with your fingernail or a sharp object, as this may result in scratches and image distortions.

• Do not use any chemicals as this may damage the product.

• Do not spray liquid onto the surface. If water enters the TV, it may result in fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

Power cord:

Remove the accumulated dust or dirt on the power cord regularly.
