Won’t rotate with up or down on line with isecurity+
1- Check How You Are Controlling Pan/Tilt
-* On a Mobile Device (iSecurity+ App):
-* Open the live video stream.
-* To tilt the camera up or down, swipe your finger directly across the
video screen (up or down). There are typically no directional arrows—you
must drag/swipe on the video itself.
-* On a Computer (Browser):
-* Access your feed at https://app.isecurityplus.com. Ensure your browser
allows the controls and that connection latency isn’t causing delays.

2- Power Cycle & Physical Motor Check
If the camera is not physically moving when commanded:
1- Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet.
2- Wait 15 seconds and plug it back in.
3- Watch the camera head during startup: The camera should automatically rotate
and tilt up/down to calibrate itself.
-* If the camera does not move at all during boot-up, check for any
physical obstructions or debris blocking the sphere. If it is clear and
still doesn’t move, the internal motor may be faulty.
–*–
3- Check Connection & Status LED (Page 6)
If your connection is slow or unstable, the pan/tilt command may fail to reach
the camera:
-* Solid Green: Connected properly to servers.
-* Orange / Flashing Orange: Connection issue with the router or internet.
-* Try toggling Auto Adjust in the camera settings (Gear icon > Auto
Adjust) so it dynamically adjusts video quality and frees up bandwidth
for commands.

4- Check for Firmware Updates (Page 4)
A pending firmware update can cause control glitches:
1- Open the iSecurity+ app.
2- Tap the Gear Icon next to your camera’s name.
3- Look under Firmware. If it shows “New Firmware Available”, tap Show Me
What’s New > Update Firmware.
–*–
5- If You Meant Flipping the Image (Inverting Video)
If by “rotate” you mean flipping an upside-down video feed:
1- Open the app and tap the Gear Icon (Settings).
2- Look for Rotation and toggle it to flip the video stream vertically.
–*–
6- Factory Reset (Page 2)
If it still refuses to respond:
1- Press and hold the button on the back of the camera for 15 seconds.
2- Release the button once the LED lights flash.
3- Reconnect the camera via the Setup Wizard in the app.
