To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT immerse cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquid.

Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children.

ALWAYS unplug from outlet when not in use.

DO NOT operate any electrical appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. RETURN all malfunctioning appliances to the factory for examination.

DO NOT use appliance for other than its intended use.

DO NOT PUNCTURE HEATER FOR ANY REASON.

For use with 110-120 volt AC ONLY.

CORD MUST EXIT towards the back of bed, away from normal travel of pet.

A liner must separate the pet bed warmer from the stuffing material.

When using this product, make sure your pet has the option of sleeping on or OFF the bed.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR USE.

Carefully position heating pad between foam pieces and close the opening so your pet cannot remove the heating pad. When in use, check the pad to ensure proper positioning.

Turn the bed so the cord is exiting the back of the bed, away from the normal path traveled by your pet.

When cleaning the bedding, unplug and remove the heater so you do not subject it to being immersed in liquids or cleaners.

Remove cover for washing.

Follow the above instructions when reassembling your THERMO-PET MAT.

ALWAYS give your pet the choice to lie on OR off the heated bed.

After operating 1-2 hours, place your hands on your pet’s new THERMO-PET MAT for 20-30 seconds, applying pressure. Your THERMO-PET MAT is designed to provide mild radiant warmth. THEY DO NOT GET HOT!
