Kneading is a technique of massage whereby the therapist applies pressure with their fingers to relieve stress in muscles and to promote blood circulation. 1. Unpack the Shiatsu Leg Foot Massager Machine JSB HF60 with Heat from the product box. 2. Connect the AC wire of the Shiatsu Leg Foot Massager Machine JSB HF60 to the AC supply and turn on the master power button at the rear end of the massager. Sit on a chair or sofa and put your feet/calves/thighs/arms into the kneading compartment. 3. Press the On/Off button on the Shiastu Leg Foot Massager machine panel and you will a red LED turn on. 4. Choose between the preset massaging modes by pressing Auto. The leg massager machine will start massaging the feet upwards to your thighs. 5. You can compliment the air bag massage with a soothing vibration feature by pressing the vibration button. 6. To make your foot massage more relaxing on the Shiatsu Leg Foot Massager Machine JSB HF60, you can turn on the Heat feature by pressing the Heat button. Please note that the heat will remain in the upper calves section of the massager only. 7. You can also adjust the intensity level of the shiatsu leg foot massager machine by switching between Strong/Weak or Neutral by pressing the Intensity button. 8. You can also instruct the leg foot massager machine to work on a specific area of your leg by pressing one of the Manual Modes : Thigh, Foot/Calf or Rolling Modes. 9. You can also extend the upper part of the massager to cover your thighs. Alternately, you can sit on a chair and keep your knees into the upper massage panel to massage your knees. 10. After 15 minutes, the shiatsu leg foot massager will turn off automatically. 11. Unplug the AC wire of the shiatsu leg foot massager machine and store safely.
