How do I read the LCD screen on the JACKPAK PS600W?

The LCD screen provides information regarding battery data, power port status, and power station temperature. The key features are:

Battery Capacity Ring: The central circular ring presents the available battery power. It has 6 separate percentage sectors. When all 6 sectors are illuminated, it indicates a 100% charge. As the battery is used, the sectors will decline, and they will build back during recharging.

Fault Warning: A triangle with an exclamation mark indicates a fault.

Power Display: Shows input/output in Watts.

Port Status Icons: Icons for AC, DC, 12V Car, USB-C, and USB-A will illuminate when the corresponding output is active.

Temperature Icons: Icons indicate high or low temperature warnings.

Cooling Fans Icon: Indicates when the internal cooling fans are active.

Remaining Time Display: Shows the estimated remaining time in minutes or hours.


What should I note when recharging and storing the JACKPAK PS600W?

Power Station charging should be performed in temperatures between +32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C). Ensure that cables are connected securely, and the adapter is working properly. Turn the unit off when not in use. Note that once a full charge is achieved, the adapter should be unplugged to extend future battery performance.


How can I charge the JACKPAK PS600W?

The JACKPAK PS600W has five charging methods:

1. Standard AC Adapter: Connect the 7909-input charge port to a wall outlet with the standard 100W AC Adapter. Full charging requires about 7.5 hours.

2. USB-C Charger: Connect the USB-C port to a wall outlet with a USB-C charger (max input 60W). This takes about 10 hours to fully charge.

3. Car Charger: Connect the 7909 input charging port to a vehicle’s 12V power output socket using the standard 7909 transfer cables (max input 78W). This requires approximately 8 hours to fully charge.

4. Solar Panel Charger: Connect the output cable of 100W solar panels to the 7909 input charging ports. This requires at least 8 hours, depending on available sunlight. To optimize, monitor and adjust panels to be perpendicular to sunlight.

5. Adapter + USB-C (Fast Charge): The AC adapter and USB-C charging can operate simultaneously to reduce charging time (max total input 160W). When paired, 3.5 hours are generally required to achieve 80% charging, and approximately 5 hours to fully charge.


How do I operate the JACKPAK PS600W power station functions?

Power On

Press the main power button for 2 seconds. The light around the button and the LCD screen will both illuminate. The blue battery ring and current battery charge will also display.

Power Off

Press the main power button again for 2 seconds. The background light and LCD screen will power off at the same time.

110VAC Output

With the main power button ON, gently press the AC Output button (directly above the Power button). The icon “AC” on the LCD screen will light up. The 110VAC outlet may now be used. Press this button again to stop the function; the “AC” icon will disappear.

Car Charger DC Output

When the main power button is ON, gently press the Car Charger Output button (left of the 12V socket). The icons “DC” and “Car” in the LCD screen will light up, indicating the 12VDC function may be used. Press the button again to shut down the function; the icons will disappear.

USB-C & USB-A Output

With the main power button ON, press the USB-C and USB-A Output button (lower right). The USB-C and USB-A icons in the LCD screen will illuminate, indicating the USB functions may be used. Press this button again to shut down the function; the icons will disappear.


How do I operate the LED light on the JACKPAK PS600W?

To activate the LED light, first confirm that the main power button is ON. Next, press the power button located on the unit’s rear side (on the right side of the LED light’s lens). The operational sequence is as follows:

• Press once for 50% brightness.

• Press again for 100% brightness.

• Press again to activate SOS flashing mode.

• Press again to power off.


How should I store and maintain the JACKPAK PS600W?

When the device is not in use, turn off all functions to reduce power consumption and prolong battery life. Keep your PS600W clean and ensure that the product does not come in contact with water or harsh elements, petroleum products, etc. Store in a dry, clean environment, and keep out of direct sunlight. The storage temperature is between +32°F to 113°F / 0°C-45°C. Fully charge the battery before storing and recharge it every 6 months. If transporting the PS600W, reduce the charge level to approximately 50%.

WARNING! Do not allow children to play with or use this device!

WARNING! If the PS600W becomes excessively hot during charging or discharging, unplug it from the power source or your mobile device immediately. Avoid charging the power station or portable devices in high heat environments.

WARNING! The PS600W is protected against short circuits, but short circuits may still present risks of excessive heat, fire, or explosion. Keep your power station away from metal objects. Do not insert any metal object into any port or terminal of the PS600W. Always assume the connectors are electrically charged.

WARNING! Avoid dropping the PS600W. It may damage the internal components and risk short circuiting the device. Make sure that the unit is properly secured when transporting.
