The IBELL MS06-16 cordless screwdriver is intended for light fastening and removing screws with 25 mm or 50 mm driver bits.

This product is not suitable for heavy-duty screw driving work into hard wood or with large diameter screws.

It must not be used for drilling and should not be used for working on materials that are dangerous to health.

The integrated battery of the IBELL MS06-16 should be fully charged before its first use. Note that the tool cannot be operated while charging. To charge the screwdriver:

1. Plug the charger jack (13) into the charging socket (10) on the handle (4).

2. Connect the charger (12) to a power supply.

3. The indicator light (7) will show the charging status. A RED light indicates it is charging. A GREEN light indicates charging is finished.

4. Charging normally takes about 1.5 hours. Once finished, disconnect the charger from the power supply, and then pull the charger jack from the charger socket.

The indicator lights on the IBELL MS06-16 show the battery status as follows:

ON/OFF Switch Operation:

To switch the IBELL MS06-16 ON, press the trigger switch (2).

To switch the product OFF, release the trigger switch (2).

Driver Bits:

Only use Hex 6.35 mm bits that are 25 mm or 50 mm long with this tool.

To insert a bit, push a suitable driver bit all the way into the tool socket (1) until it stops.

To remove a bit, push backward and hold the tool socket lock sleeve (1), then pull the driver bit out from the tool socket.

For hard-to-reach areas, you can use a bit holder. Insert the bit holder into the socket the same way you would a driver bit, then insert a driver bit into the holder.

You can change the rotational direction of the IBELL MS06-16 using the forward/reverse rotation control (3). Only change the direction when the tool is switched off and has completely stopped.

1. Forward (Clockwise): For screw-driving, move the forward/reverse switch to the left (as seen from the operator position).

2. Reverse (Anticlockwise): For screw removal, move the forward/reverse switch to the right (as seen from the operator position).

3. Lock: Move the switch to the center position to lock the ON/OFF switch and prevent accidental starting.

The IBELL MS06-16 features two handle positions for different tasks. The pistol position provides a firm grip for jobs requiring more torque, while the rod position is suitable for narrow working areas.

To change to rod position: Press and hold the unlock button (6) and rotate the handle (4) clockwise at the same time until it locks in place.

To change to pistol position: Press and hold the unlock button (6) and rotate the handle (4) anti-clockwise at the same time until it locks in place.

To adjust the output torque on your IBELL MS06-16, rotate the torque adjustment collar (11) located behind the chuck. There are fifteen settings plus an additional torque setting. The numbers on the collar indicate the torque level; a higher number corresponds to a higher torque, suitable for larger fasteners. To select a setting, rotate the collar until the desired number aligns with the arrow head indicator on the housing. This feature helps prevent overtightening screws.

The IBELL MS06-16 has two light features:

Automatic Work Light: The work light (5) illuminates automatically whenever you press the ON/OFF switch (2). This helps you focus on your work in dimmer environments.

Flash Light: To turn the flash light (8) ON, slide the ON/OFF switch (9) to the ON position. To turn it OFF, slide the switch to the OFF position.

Follow these guidelines for safe and effective operation of your IBELL MS06-16:

Check the product, charger, and accessories for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

Always hold the product by its handle and keep the handle dry for safe support.

Switch the product off immediately if you are disturbed. Always let the tool come to a complete stop before putting it down.

Do not overwork yourself. Take regular breaks to maintain concentration and control.

When possible, secure smaller work-pieces to prevent them from moving during operation.

For best results when screw-driving with the IBELL MS06-16, follow these steps:

Pre-drill holes with a diameter smaller than the screw you intend to use.

Hold the screwdriver perpendicular to the screw. Holding it at an angle can cause the driver bit to slip or jam.

Place the tip of the driver bit on the screw head first, then switch the product on.

Apply only enough pressure to keep the screw in place and the bit in contact with the screw head. Too much pressure can damage the screw head and bit, while too little pressure can cause the bit to slide away.

To remove blocked or stuck screws, change the rotational direction to reverse.

After use, switch the product off and let it cool down before cleaning and storing.

Cleaning:

Keep the product clean by removing debris after each use and before storage. Use a dry cloth to clean the product. For hard-to-reach areas, use a brush.

Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive, or other aggressive detergents or disinfectants, as they may harm the tool’s surfaces.

Storage:

Always store the product in a place that is inaccessible to children.

It is recommended to use the original package for storage or cover the product with a suitable cloth or enclosure to protect it from dust.

Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.

Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.

Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.

Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts.

If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.

Hold the power tool by its insulated gripping surfaces, especially when performing an operation where the fastener may contact hidden wiring.

This appliance can be used by inexperienced persons and children aged 10 and above under supervision.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Only use the charger supplied with the IBELL MS06-16, as they are specifically designed to work together.

Charge the product indoors only. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

Protect the charger against moisture and wet conditions.

Charge, operate, and store the product in an ambient temperature of 15-25°C for the longest battery life. Do not charge/operate or store in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C.

Never attempt to open the product housing. If the plastic housing cracks or breaks, discontinue use and do not recharge it.

Do not pierce, strike, or subject the battery to strong impacts or shocks.

Protect the product against heat. Do not place it in direct sunlight or store it inside cars in hot weather.

Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your Local Authority or local store for recycling advice.

For disposal of an exhausted battery pack, which is a Li-Ion type, please recycle or dispose of it properly to preserve natural resources. Consult your local waste authority for information on available recycling and/or disposal options. Before disposal, discharge the battery by operating your product. To remove the built-in battery, separate the handle shells by removing the fixing screws, then disconnect the battery from the circuit with a suitable tool. Fully wrap the battery with tape to avoid exposing its two conductive ends.
