This appliance contains R290 refrigerant. R290 is a refrigerant gas that complies with European environmental directives. The quantity is less than 1 kg (see rating plate for exact quantity) and is in a closed circuit. The coolant has no ozone-depleting capacity. However, it is a greenhouse gas under the Kyoto protocol and can thus contribute to global warming when released into the atmosphere. Only trained technicians with an appropriate refrigerant certificate are allowed to fill or empty the appliance. Your appliance must not be topped up with refrigerant if it is used correctly and with an undamaged refrigerant circuit. GWP: R290: 3.

The appliance must be installed, operated and stored in a dry room with a floor area of at least 12 m² (68221) or 13 m² (68231 and 68241).

Never use the appliance in an airtight room. Provide adequate ventilation to prevent underpressure in the room. Underpressure can disrupt safe operation.

Place the appliance on a solid and flat surface.

Always move the appliance with both hands.

Never touch the appliance with damp or wet hands.

This appliance can be used by persons with reduced sensory, physical or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge when they have been instructed in its safe use or use the appliance under supervision.

The appliance must not be cleaned or maintained by children without supervision.

When defrosting and cleaning the appliance, use only tools recommended by the manufacturer.

If the appliance is installed, operated or stored in a non-ventilated area, measures must be taken to prevent fire or explosion due to leaked refrigerant. Make sure that no ignition sources (such as fire, stoves, sparking electrical equipment, lit cigarettes, etc.) are in the same room.

The appliance must be stored in such a way as to prevent mechanical defects.

Persons working or operating the refrigeration circuit must have the appropriate certification, issued by an authorized organization, certifying that these persons are authorized to handle refrigerants in accordance with industry specifications.

Repairs should be made as recommended by the manufacturer. Maintenance and repair requiring the assistance of other trained personnel must be performed under the supervision of a person specialized in the use of flammable refrigerants.

Close windows, doors and curtains at the sunniest hours of the day.

Do not place the appliance in the vicinity of a heat source.

Do not place the appliance in direct sunlight.

Clean the filters regularly.

In order to discharge the waste air, which contains waste heat and moisture, the drain hose must be led outside.

Do not use a longer drain hose, this can cause the device to be switched off due to low back pressure.

To install the drain hose, proceed as follows:

1. Fit the hose coupling (b) to one end of the drain hose (fig. E).

2. Screw the adapter (c) onto the other end of the drain hose (fig. F).

3. Fit the end (with the hose coupling) of the exhaust hose to the warm air outlet (8) on the rear panel.

4. Thoroughly clean the frame (h) and the window (i) where the window seal (f) will be attached in advance. Remove the velcro film (g) and apply to the non-hinged sides (j) of your window and frame (fig. H). Press the velcro firmly. Make sure that the window closes properly with the velcro on it.

5. Attach the window kit (f) to the velcro; make sure there are no gaps for air to escape. The zipper opening (k) on the window kit should be on the side where the drain hose can easily reach it. Open the zipper to install the drain hose, then close it tightly to hold the hose in place.

6. To remove the window kit, simply remove the drain hose and then pull firmly on one end of a sealed section. You can then close your window normally.

7. The window kit can be used on tilting or normal windows (fig. J).

If the appliance is tilted more than 45°, let it stand for at least 24 hours before using it.

Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging. Remove the packing material.

Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children.

Check the appliance for damage that may have occurred during transport.

Check that all accessories are present.

Place the appliance on a solid, level surface with at least 50 cm free space all around for good air circulation.

Do not place the appliance near walls, curtains or other objects that may block the air inlet and outlet. Keep the air inlet and outlet clear of obstructions.

Never install the appliance where it could be exposed to:

Heat sources such as radiators, heating grates, stoves or other appliances that produce heat.

Direct sunlight.

Mechanical vibrations or shocks.

Excessive dust.

Lack of ventilation.

Slide the cover off the battery compartment.

Insert 2 AAA batteries according to the + and – markings in the battery compartment.

Slide the cover back onto the remote control.

When changing batteries, always replace the complete set. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Remove batteries if the remote control will not be used for an extended period of time.

Avoid short circuits of removed batteries.

Do not store batteries in places where the temperature can exceed 50 °C, e.g., in a car parked in the sun.

Do not incinerate batteries.

Never try to open batteries.

Should battery leakage occur, carefully remove the liquid with a cloth. Avoid skin or eye contact. Do not swallow. Should the battery fluid get on the skin or in the eyes, rinse with running water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.

Open the louvers before switching on.

Press the on/off button (9) to switch on the appliance.

The device automatically starts in fan mode.

Press the mode button (10) to select the desired mode.

Press the power button again to turn off the power.

The appliance has four functions: cooling, ventilation, dehumidification, night mode.

Select the cooling mode by pressing the mode button repeatedly until the cooling indicator lights up.

Press the up (14) or down (13) button to adjust the temperature. The temperature can be set between 16°C and 32°C.

Press the speed button (18) repeatedly until you have selected the desired fan speed. Press the SWING button (16) to adjust the direction of the airflow.

The air conditioner will stop if the room temperature is lower than the selected temperature.

Press the mode button several times until the ventilation indicator lights up.

In the ventilation mode, the room air is circulated, but not cooled.

Press the speed button repeatedly to select the desired fan speed.

Press the mode button until the dehumidification indicator lights up. The user must connect the hose to the drain at the bottom of the unit.

In this mode, the fan speed switches to a low speed, the temperature cannot be selected.

Night mode can only be activated in cooling mode.

In cooling mode, after 1 hour the preset temperature is increased by 1°C, after another hour the preset temperature is increased by 1°C again.

The timer can be operated in two ways and can be set from 1 to 24 hours.

Power off (when the power is on); press the timer button to activate the timer function. Press the up/down button repeatedly to set the delayed switch-off time.

Power on (when the power is off); press the timer button to activate the timer function. Press the up/down button repeatedly to set the delayed power-on time.

The timer can be canceled by pressing the up/down button repeatedly until the LED shows ‘00’.

Pressing POWER also exits the timer setting.

At low room temperatures, frost may form on the evaporator during use. The appliance starts defrosting automatically and the on/off button flashes. The sequence of defrosting is as follows:

Cooling: If the ambient temperature sensor detects that the evaporator temperature is below -1 °C, the compressor will stop. It will restart after 10 minutes of standstill or after the evaporator temperature has risen to 7°C.

Dehumidification: As soon as the temperature sensor detects that the evaporator temperature is less than 40°C and the difference between the evaporator temperature and the room temperature is less than 19°C, the unit will shut down for 20 minutes. Then, after 5 minutes of defrosting during which the on/off button flashes, the appliance switches on again.

Download and install the app according to the supplied manual.

Switch on the device and press TIMER (19) for 5 seconds to activate the WiFi mode. The WiFi symbol will light up and flash.

Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to control the device with the app.

Open the bluetooth function of your smartphone or tablet. Open the app, the device will be connected automatically.

Press and hold TIMER for 5 seconds to disconnect the WiFi.

Move the unit carefully so as not to spill water from the tank onto the bottom.

If the appliance stops after the water tank is full, unplug the appliance.

Place a container under the water drainage point (7).

Pull the water plug (20) out of the water drain point, the water will automatically flow into the container.

When all the water has been drained, replace the water plug.

Plug in the power plug and restart the device.

Tips:

Keep the water plug safe.

During dewatering, the device can be tilted slightly backwards.

If the container cannot contain all the water, replace the water stop in the meantime to prevent water from spilling.

The self-evaporation system uses the collected water to cool the condenser for better and efficient performance. There is no need to empty the drainage tank during use, except during dehumidification and high humidity. The condensation water evaporates at the condenser and is discharged through the exhaust hose.

During continuous use, the supplied drain hose can be connected to the water drainage point (21) to drain the condensation water into a suitable container.

Tips:

Switch off the device.

Remove the plug from the water drain hole and keep it in a safe place.

Connect the drain hose securely and make sure it is not kinked.

Place the drain hose above a bucket, for example, and make sure that the water can flow freely.

Do not immerse the end of the hose in water, otherwise the appliance will not be able to get rid of the water.

Since the negative pressure of the condensate tray is large, it is best to place the drain hose at an angle of slightly more than 20 degrees.

Keep the hose straight to avoid a blockage.

In the event of a power failure, a 3-minute restart delay will occur to protect the compressor.

Regular cleaning extends the life of the device.

Clean the housing with a soft cloth or soft paper. If dirt is difficult to remove, use a soft cloth with a little soapy water.

Never try to clean the inside of the appliance.

Do not use chemical cleaners, gasoline or other solvents. These can irreparably damage the housing.

Switch off the appliance completely and always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning or performing maintenance.

Dust and debris collect on the filter and restricts the airflow. Restricted airflow reduces optimal operation and can cause damage to the appliance. The air filter should be cleaned regularly (every two weeks). The air filter is removable for easy cleaning. To avoid contamination of the evaporator, do not use the appliance without the air filter.

1. Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the wall socket.

2. Remove the filter frame from the appliance.

3. Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum dust from the filter.

4. Turn the filter over and rinse the air filter under running water. Let the water flow through the filter in the opposite direction of the air flow. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling.

Do not touch the surface of the evaporator with bare hands, otherwise you may injure your fingers.

Remove the condensation water completely. Let the appliance run at low speed in the fan function for several hours until condensation water no longer runs out.

Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the wall socket.

Clean and reinstall the filters.

Remove the exhaust hose and the water drain hose.

If possible, pack the appliance in its original packaging or in a plastic bag.

Store the appliance in an upright position in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area no smaller than 12 m² (68221) or 13 m² (68231 and 68241).

Do not place heavy objects on the appliance.

Remove the batteries from the remote control.

Schakel het apparaat uit en neem de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Bei niedrigen Raumtemperaturen kann sich während des Gebrauchs Frost am Verdampfer ansammeln. Das Gerät beginnt automatisch mit dem Abtauen und die Ein/Aus-Taste blinkt. Die Abtaureihenfolge ist wie folgt:

Kühlung: Wenn der Umgebungstemperatursensor erkennt, dass die Verdampfertemperatur unter -1 °C liegt, stoppt der Kompressor. Er startet nach 10 Minuten Stillstand oder nachdem die Verdampfertemperatur auf 7 °C angestiegen ist, erneut.

Entfeuchtung: Sobald der Temperatursensor erkennt, dass die Verdampfertemperatur weniger als 40°C beträgt und die Differenz zwischen der Verdampfertemperatur und der Raumtemperatur weniger als 19°C beträgt, schaltet das Gerät für 20 Minuten ab. Dann, nach 5 Minuten Auftauen, in denen die Ein-/Aus-Taste blinkt, schaltet sich das Gerät wieder ein.

Laden Sie die App herunter und installieren Sie sie gemäß der mitgelieferten Anleitung.

Tipps:

Während der Entwässerung kann das Gerät leicht nach hinten geneigt werden.

Wenn der Behälter nicht das gesamte Wasser aufnehmen kann, ersetzen Sie zwischenzeitlich den Wasserstopp, um ein Verschütten von Wasser zu vermeiden.

Das Selbstverdampfungssystem verwendet das gesammelte Wasser, um den Kondensator für eine bessere und effizientere Leistung zu kühlen. Der Ablauftank muss während des Gebrauchs nicht entleert werden, außer bei Entfeuchtung und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Das Kondenswasser verdampft am Kondensator und wird durch den Abluftschlauch abgelassen.

Während des Dauereinsatzes kann der mitgelieferte Wasserschlauch an die Wasserablassstelle (21) angeschlossen werden, um das Kondenswasser in einen geeigneten Behälter abzulassen.

Tipps:

Vorrichtung abschalten.

Entfernen Sie den Stopfen aus der Wasserablauföffnung und bewahren Sie ihn sicher auf.

Schließen Sie den Ablaufschlauch fest an und stellen Sie sicher, dass er nicht geknickt wird.

Stellen Sie den Ablaufschlauch beispielsweise über einen Eimer und achten Sie darauf, dass das Wasser ungehindert fließen kann.

Tauchen Sie das Schlauchende nicht in Wasser, da das Gerät sonst das Wasser nicht entfernen kann.

Da der Unterdruck der Kondensatwanne groß ist, platzieren Sie den Ablaufschlauch am besten in einem Winkel von etwas mehr als 20 Grad.

Halten Sie den Schlauch gerade, um eine Verstopfung zu vermeiden.

Bei einem Stromausfall tritt eine 3-minütige Neustartverzögerung auf, um den Kompressor zu schützen.

Die regelmäßige Reinigung verlängert die Lebenszeit des Geräts.

Das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch oder weichem Papier reinigen. Wenn sich der Schmutz schwer entfernen lässt, ein weiches Tuch mit ein wenig Seifenlauge verwenden.

1. Arrêtez l’appareil et retirez la fiche de la prise murale.

4. Retournez le filtre et rincez le filtre à air sous l’eau courante. Faites couler l’eau à travers le filtre dans le sens opposé du flux d’air. Laissez le filtre sécher parfaitement à l’air avant de le remettre en place.

(10) Permet de passer du mode ventilateur au mode refroidissement et au mode déshumidificateur.

(13) Permet de réduire la température ou la durée souhaitée.

(14) Permet d’augmenter la température ou la durée souhaitée.

(17) Indique la température et le mode de fonctionnement (refroidissement, déshumidification ou ventilateur).

(18) Permet de régler la vitesse du ventilateur.

(19) Permet de définir l’heure à laquelle l’appareil démarre ou s’arrête automatiquement.

L’appareil a quatre modes de fonctionnement : refroidissement, ventilation, déshumidification et mode nuit.

Sélectionnez le mode de refroidissement en appuyant plusieurs fois sur le bouton Mode jusqu’à ce que le témoin de refroidissement s’allume.

Appuyez sur le bouton Up (14) ou Down (13) pour régler la température. La température peut être réglée entre 16 °C et 32 °C.

Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton Speed (Vitesse) (18) jusqu’à atteindre la vitesse de ventilation souhaitée. Appuyez sur le bouton SWING (16) pour régler la direction du flux d’air.

Le climatiseur s’arrête si la température ambiante est inférieure à la température sélectionnée.

Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton Mode jusqu’à ce que l’indicateur de ventilation s’allume.

En mode ventilation, l’air ambiant est brassé, mais pas refroidi.

Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton Speed (Vitesse) jusqu’à atteindre la vitesse de ventilation souhaitée.

Appuyez sur le bouton Mode jusqu’à ce que l’indicateur de déshumidification s’allume. L’utilisateur doit connecter le tuyau au drain situé au bas de l’appareil.

Dans ce mode, la vitesse du ventilateur passe à une vitesse faible, la température ne peut pas être sélectionnée.

Le mode nuit ne peut être activé qu’en mode refroidissement.

En mode refroidissement, après une heure, la température préréglée est augmentée de 1°C, après une autre heure, la température préréglée est à nouveau augmentée de 1°C.

La minuterie peut être utilisée de deux façons et peut être réglée de 1 à 24 heures.

Mise hors tension (lorsque l’appareil est sous tension); appuyez sur le bouton de minuterie pour activer la fonction de minuterie. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton Up ou Down pour régler l’heure de mise hors tension différée.

Mise sous tension (lorsque l’appareil est éteint); appuyez sur le bouton de minuterie pour activer la fonction de minuterie. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton Up ou Down pour régler l’heure de mise sous tension différée.

La minuterie peut être annulée en appuyant plusieurs fois sur le bouton Up ou Down jusqu’à ce que le témoin LED affiche « 00 ».

Le fait d’appuyer sur le bouton POWER annule le réglage de la minuterie.

À basse température ambiante, du givre peut se former sur l’évaporateur pendant l’utilisation. L’appareil commence à dégivrer automatiquement et la touche On/Off clignote. La séquence de dégivrage est la suivante :

Refroidissement : Si le capteur de température ambiante détecte que la température de l’évaporateur est inférieure à -1 °C, le compresseur s’arrête. Il redémarre après 10 minutes d’arrêt ou une fois que la température de l’évaporateur a atteint 7°C.

Déshumidification : Dès que le capteur de température détecte que la température de l’évaporateur est inférieure à 40°C et que la différence entre la température de l’évaporateur et la température ambiante est inférieure à 19°C, l’appareil s’arrête pendant 20 minutes. Ensuite, après 5 minutes de dégivrage pendant lesquelles le bouton On/Off clignote, il se remet en marche.

Téléchargez et installez l’appli en suivant le manuel fourni.

Allumez l’appareil et appuyez sur la minuterie (19) pendant 5 secondes pour activer le mode WiFi. Le symbole WiFi s’allume et clignote.

Ouvrez l’appli et suivez les instructions à l’écran pour contrôler l’appareil.

Ouvrez la fonction bluetooth de votre smartphone ou tablette. Ouvrez l’application, l’appareil sera connecté automatiquement.

Appuyez et maintenez la touche TIMER pendant 5 secondes pour déconnecter le WiFi.

Déplacez l’appareil avec précaution afin de ne pas renverser l’eau du réservoir sur le fond.

Si l’appareil s’arrête parce que le réservoir d’eau est plein, débranchez-le.

Placez un récipient sous le point d’évacuation d’eau (7).

Retirez le bouchon (20) et l’eau s’écoulera automatiquement dans le récipient.

Une fois que toute l’eau a été évacuée, remettez le bouchon en place.

Branchez la prise d’alimentation et redémarrez l’appareil.

Conseils:

Protégez la prise d’eau.

Pendant l’évacuation de l’eau, l’appareil peut être légèrement incliné vers l’arrière.

Si le récipient utilisé ne peut pas contenir toute l’eau, évacuez l’eau en plusieurs fois pour éviter de répandre de l’eau sur le sol.

Le système d’auto évaporation utilise l’eau collectée pour refroidir le condensateur pour une performance meilleure et plus efficace. Il n’est pas nécessaire de vider le collecteur pendant l’utilisation, sauf pendant la déshumidification et en cas d’humidité élevée. L’eau de condensation s’évapore sur le condenseur et est déchargée par le tuyau d’évacuation.

En cas d’utilisation continue du climatiseur, le tuyau d’évacuation fourni peut être raccordé au point d’évacuation d’eau (21) pour évacuer l’eau de condensation dans un récipient approprié.

Conseils:

Mettez l’appareil hors tension.

Retirez le bouchon du trou d’évacuation d’eau et conservez-le dans un endroit sûr.

Raccordez solidement le tuyau d’évacuation et assurez-vous qu’il n’est pas pincé.

Placez le tuyau d’évacuation au-dessus d’un récipient, par exemple un seau, et assurez-vous que l’eau peut s’écouler librement.

Ne plongez pas l’extrémité du tuyau dans l’eau, sinon l’évacuation d’eau ne pourra pas se faire.

La pression négative du bac à condensats étant importante, il est préférable de placer le tuyau d’évacuation à un angle légèrement supérieur à 20 degrés.

Gardez le tuyau droit pour éviter un blocage.

En cas de panne de courant, un délai de redémarrage de 3 minutes est prévu pour protéger le compresseur.

Nettoyez la partie extérieure avec un chiffon doux ou du tissu en papier doux. Si de la saleté est difficile à retirer, utilisez un chiffon doux avec un peu d’eau savonneuse.

N’essayez jamais de nettoyer l’intérieur de l’appareil.

N’utilisez pas des produits nettoyants chimiques, de l’essence ou d’autres solvants. Ceux-ci peuvent causer des dommages irréparables sur la partie extérieure de l’appareil.

Éteignez complètement l’appareil et retirez toujours la fiche de la prise avant de le nettoyer ou d’effectuer des travaux d’entretien.

Dust and debris collect on the filter and restricts the airflow. Restricted airflow reduces optimal operation and can cause damage to the appliance. The air filter should be cleaned regularly (every two weeks). The air filter is removable for easy cleaning. To avoid contamination of the evaporator, do not use the appliance without the air filter.

1. Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the wall socket.

2. Remove the filter frame from the appliance.

3. Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum dust from the filter.

4. Turn the filter over and rinse the air filter under running water. Let the water flow through the filter in the opposite direction of the air flow. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling.

Do not touch the surface of the evaporator with bare hands, otherwise you may injure your fingers.

Remove the condensation water completely. Let the appliance run at low speed in the fan function for several hours until condensation water no longer runs out.

Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the wall socket.

Clean and reinstall the filters.

Remove the exhaust hose and the water drain hose.

If possible, pack the appliance in its original packaging or in a plastic bag.

Store the appliance in an upright position in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area no smaller than 12 m² (68221) or 13 m² (68231 and 68241).

Do not place heavy objects on the appliance.

Remove the batteries from the remote control.
