5. The oven has several built-in safety switches to ensure that the power remains off when the door is open. Do not tamper with these switches.

Operation of the microwave oven may cause interference to your radio, TV or similar equipment. When there is interference, it may be reduced or eliminated by taking the following measures:

1) Clean door and sealing surface of the oven

2) Reorient the receiving antenna of radio or television.

3) Relocate the microwave oven with respect to the receiver.

4) Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.

5) Plug the microwave oven into a different outlet so that microwave oven and receiver are on different branch circuits.

If materials inside the oven ignite:

1. Keep the oven door closed.

2. Turn the oven off, and unplug the appliance.

3. Disconnect the power cord, shut off power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.

1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.

2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.

3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.

4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

(1) Power: Sets the microwave power level.

(2) Kitchen Timer: Sets the timer function.

(3) Number keys: Used to enter time, weight, and quantities.

(4) AM/PM: Used for setting the clock.

(5) Clock/Pre-set: Used to set the clock or a delayed cooking start time.

(6) Stop/Clear: Clears all previous settings pressed before cooking starts. During cooking: press once to stop oven; twice to stop and clear all entries.

(7) Memory: Used to set and recall custom cooking programs.

(8) Auto Menu: Includes presets for POPCORN, POTATO, PIZZA, BEVERAGE, SOUP, DINNER PLATE, FRESH VEGETABLE, FROZEN VEGETABLE.

(9) Time Defrost: Defrosts food based on a set time.

(10) Weight Defrost: Defrosts food based on a set weight.

(11) Start/ +30SEC.: Starts cooking or adds 30 seconds to the cooking time.

There are ten power levels available.

When the microwave oven is plugged into an outlet, the oven will display “0:00”.

(1) Press “CLOCK/PRE-SET”, the LED will display 00:00, and the clock indicator will be lighted. The hour figures will flash.

(2) Press the number keys and enter the correct time. For example, if the time is 10:12, press “1,0,1,2” in turn.

(3) Press “AM/PM” to choose AM or PM. AM or PM will be selected in turn by pressing the button continuously.

(4) Press “CLOCK/PRE-SET” to finish clock setting. The “:” will flash and the clock will be lighted.

(5) If the numbers input are not within the range of 1:00-12:59, the setting will be invalid until valid numbers are input.

Note: In the process of clock setting, if the “STOP/CLEAR” button is pressed or if there is no operation within 1 minute, the oven will go back to the former state automatically.

The kitchen timer is different from the 12-hour clock system; it functions as an alarm clock.

(1) Press “KITCHEN TIMER”, the LED will display 00:00 and the clock indicator will be lighted. The first “0” will flash.

(2) Press the number keys and enter the correct time. The maximum time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.

(3) Press “START/+30SEC.” to confirm the setting.

(4) When the kitchen time arrives, the buzzer will ring 5 times. If the clock has been set, the LED will display the current time by counting down.

(1) Keep on pressing “POWER” to choose the desired microwave power level (PL10 to PL1).

(2) Press the number keys to input the cooking time. The maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.

(3) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start cooking.

Note: In the process of cooking, if the “STOP/CLEAR” button is pressed or if there is no operation within 1 minute, the oven will go back to the former state automatically.

(1) In the waiting state, you can start instant cooking at 100% power level for 1 to 6 minutes by pressing the corresponding number pad (1 to 6). Press “START/+30SEC.” to increase the cooking time from there. The maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 59 seconds.

(2) In the waiting state, you can start instant cooking at 100% power level for 30 seconds by pressing “START/+30SEC.”. Each subsequent press on the same button will increase the cooking time by 30 seconds. The maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 59 seconds.

(1) Press “WEIGHT DEFROST”, the LED will display “dEF1”.

(2) Press numerical pads to input the weight to be defrosted. The “Oz” indicator will be lighted. The input weight must be between 4~100 Oz.

(3) If the weight input is not within the valid range, the input will be invalid and the microwave will not work until a valid number is entered.

(4) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start defrosting. The remaining time will be displayed.

(1) Press “TIME DEFROST”, the LED will display “dEF2”.

(2) Press number pads to input defrosting time. The effective time range is 00:01~99:99.

(3) If the time input is not within the valid range, the microwave will not work until valid numbers are entered.

(4) The default microwave power is power level 3. To change it, press “POWER” once (LED will display “PL 3”), then press the number pad for the power level you want.

(5) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start defrosting.

a) Default mode

1) Press “POPCORN” repeatedly to select the popcorn weight: “1.75”, “3.0”, or “3.5” oz will appear in the LED in order.

2) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start cooking. The buzzer will ring once.

3) When cooking is over, the buzzer will ring 5 times, and the LED will display “0:00”.

b) Time Adjustable mode (max time is 9 minutes and 59 seconds)

1) Press “POPCORN” to select a weight (1.75, 3.0, or 3.5 oz).

2) Press “MEMORY”. The LED will display the default cooking time for that weight, with the minute figure flashing.

3) Press the number keys to enter your desired time (e.g., for 3 minutes and 15 seconds, enter 3, 1, 5).

4) Press “MEMORY” to save the new setting. If you press “START/+30SEC.” directly, the oven will start cooking with the new time and save it automatically.

5) To go back to the initial factory setting, press and hold the “POPCORN” button for three seconds until the buzzer sounds.

For each of the auto menu functions, follow these general steps:

a) Press the corresponding food button (e.g., “POTATO”, “PIZZA”) repeatedly until the number or weight you need appears in the LED display.

b) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) First, set the clock correctly.

(2) Set your desired cooking procedure (e.g., power level and cooking time). For example, to cook at 100% power for 10 minutes:

a. Press “POWER” once for 100% power.

b. Press number keys “1”, “0”, “0”, “0” for 10 minutes.

c. Be careful! Do not press “START/+30 SEC.” yet.

(3) Press “CLOCK/PRE-SET”. The current time will display and the hour figure will flash.

(4) Press the number keys to input the time you want cooking to start. For example, to start at 12:12, press “1”, “2”, “1”, “2”.

(5) Press “AM/PM” repeatedly to choose AM or PM for the start time.

(6) Press “START/+30 SEC.” to confirm the preset procedure. The unit will go back to the clock state.

(7) When the preset time arrives, the buzzer will sound twice and the cooking will start automatically.

You can save up to 5 custom cooking procedures. Only one or two stages can be set per memory slot.

To set a memory procedure:

Example: To set memory “2” to cook with 80% power for 3 minutes and 20 seconds.

a. In a waiting state, press “MEMORY” twice until the screen displays “2”.

b. Press “POWER” three times until “PL8” (80%) displays.

c. Press number keys “3”, “2”, “0” to input the cooking time.

d. Press “MEMORY” to save the setting. The buzzer will sound once, and the oven will return to a waiting state. If you press “START/+30SEC.” instead, the procedure will be saved and will start operating immediately.

To use a saved memory procedure:

f. In a waiting state, press “MEMORY” twice until the screen displays “2”, then press “START/+30SEC.” to run the saved program.

At most 2 sections can be set for cooking. If one section is defrosting, it must be placed as the first section.

Example: To cook with 80% microwave power for 5 minutes, followed by 60% microwave power for 10 minutes.

(1) Press “POWER” repeatedly to choose 80% microwave power (“PL8” is displayed).

(2) Press number keys “5”, “0”, “0” to set the cooking time.

(3) Press “POWER” repeatedly to choose 60% microwave power (“PL6” is displayed).

(4) Press number keys “1”, “0”, “0”, “0” to set the cooking time.

(5) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start cooking.

When the first stage finishes, the buzzer will sound once, and the next stage will begin cooking.

(1) In a cooking state, press “CLOCK/PRE-SET”, and the LED will display the clock for three seconds.

(2) In the microwave cooking state, press “POWER” to inquire about the microwave power level. The current microwave power will be displayed. After three seconds, the oven will turn back to the previous state showing the remaining cooking time.

Lock: In a waiting state, press and hold “STOP/CLEAR” for 3 seconds. There will be a long “beep” denoting the oven is entering the child-lock state, and the LED will display an icon indicating it is locked.

Unlock: In the locked state, press and hold “STOP/CLEAR” for 3 seconds. There will be a long “beep” denoting that the lock is released.
