How do I get started with my GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE?
1. Press the Control Button once to turn the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE ON.
NOTE: The Power Indication LED will turn Green when the unit is activated. Once the refrigerator door is closed, the LED will turn off to preserve your unit’s battery life.
2. Place the unit anywhere in your refrigerator, making sure the Purified Air Vent is not covered or restricted in any way.
How do I turn the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE off?
Press the Control Button once more to cease operation and turn the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE OFF.
How do I know when the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE needs to be recharged?
When the battery of your GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE has used all of its charge, an audible alarm and a Red Power Indication LED will notify you each time you open your refrigerator door. This audible alarm and Red LED will only activate when light hits the photo sensor.
How do I recharge the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE?
To recharge your GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE, remove the unit from the refrigerator and plug your charging cable into the rear USB Charging Port until the Power Indication LED changes from RED to GREEN.
How do I clean and maintain my GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE?
For proper operation, the GREENTECH PUREAIR FRIDGE should be cleaned every six (6) months. Follow these steps:
1. Remove the unit from your refrigerator and turn it off by pressing the Control Button once.
2. Vacuum out the Air Intake and Purified Air Vent until clean.
NOTE: Blowing air into the Air Intake or Purified Air Vent in order to clean the unit is not advised. This will only restrict future air flow and pollute the quality of air being emitted by your unit.
3. Dip a cotton swab (Q-Tip) in Isopropyl Alcohol and insert it into the Purified Air Vent. Gently rotate the swab and clean the entire area until all visible contamination has been removed. Use a new cotton swab to dry the previously cleaned area. Repeat with the Air Intake Vent.
4. Allow the unit to dry before charging or resuming operation.
