I cannot get the camera to work. I have followed your directions many times and followed the trouble shooting guide with no success. I have reset the camera and the receiver with the screen. Help me to know how to get this going or I will return it. A speedy response is very important.

Here are some things to check to get your camera working:

Make sure the power adapters are properly connected to both the camera and the monitor, and that both units are turned on.
Verify that the baby unit and parent unit are properly paired. You can try pairing them again by following the instructions in the user manual.
Make sure that the baby unit is not too far away from the parent unit. The operating range is up to 900 feet in open space. Obstacles like walls and metal objects can reduce the range.
Check to see if other electronic devices are interfering with the signal. Try moving electronic devices at least five feet away from the parent unit.
Ensure that the battery in the parent unit is fully charged.
Try restarting both the baby unit and parent unit. To restart the baby unit, unplug the adapter and plug it back in. To restart the parent unit, press the reset button located at the back under the stand.
