Note: Please remove the protective films from the earphone’s charging point before using the device.

To charge the GNMN V7 earbuds, insert them into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

The earbud’s LED indicator light will show a solid red light, which means “being charged”.

When the earbud’s LED indicator light turns off, it means the earbuds are “fully charged”.

When the battery power drops below 10% (and the voltage is below 3.4V), you will hear a voice prompt saying, “Low Battery, Please Charge”. This prompt will occur once per minute for a total of 5 times, after which the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the case. During charging, the power display on the case will show the battery percentage in real time. The number will display as 100 when the case is fully charged.

If the earbuds don’t charge or turn on, there may be an oxidized layer or something else on the charging connector or charging pin. You can solve this problem by cleaning the magnet connector on the earbuds and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.

Automatically Power On/Off

Take the earbuds out of the charging case, and they will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.

Put the earbuds back into the charging case to have them automatically disconnect and power off.

Manually Power On/Off

If an earbud is out of the case and powered off, press and hold it for 2 seconds to power it on.

To power off both earbuds simultaneously, first disconnect the Bluetooth connection with your device, then press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds.

1. Choose the most suitable eartips for your ears.

2. Put the headphones on and twist them to adjust to the most comfortable angle.

Before the first use, please ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

Step 1 – Take the twin earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. At this time, the LED indicator of the master earbud will flash Blue & Red light alternately, and the vice earbud’s LED indicator will flash Blue light quickly.

Step 2 – Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, then search for and connect to “V7”. Once connected, the LED lights on both earbuds will turn off.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.

If the headphones have already been connected with your device and the Bluetooth setting on that device is on, they will connect automatically when you take them out of the charging case.

The GNMN V7 headphones have a memory function and will automatically connect to the last paired device. To pair them with a new device, you must disconnect “V7” from the last paired device AND forget the pairing record in that device’s Bluetooth settings. After that, you can try connecting to the new device, and it should work properly.

Yes, you can use a single earbud in Mono Mode. You can do this in two ways:

When in Dual mode (using both earbuds), simply put one earbud back into the charging case.

Alternatively, take only one earbud out of the charging case, then search for and connect to “V7” on your device.

When should I reset?

You should perform a reset if you encounter the following issues:

Only one side plays music.

You can’t find “V7” on your device’s Bluetooth list.

Both earbuds fail to pair with each other or other connection-related issues occur.

How to reset:

1. Delete the “V7” record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.

2. Make sure the charging case has power or is plugged into a power supply.

3. Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.

4. While the earbuds are in the case, press and hold the touch control areas on both earbuds at the same time for 8 seconds. During this period, both earbuds’ LEDs will flash Red & Blue light once, then turn to solid Red light to indicate they are charging again. This confirms the pairing record has been cleared.

5. Now, turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search for, and connect to “V7”. They should work properly.

Note: If it still doesn’t work, please repeat these steps.

You can use the touch controls on either the left (“L”) or right (“R”) earbud to manage calls:

Answer Call: Quick Double-Tap

End Call: Quick Double-Tap

Reject Call: Long Press for 2 seconds

To activate Siri or another voice assistant, Quick Triple-Tap the touch control area on either the left (“L”) or right (“R”) earbud. This function must be used when the headphones are in non-music mode or standby mode.

The controls for the right earbud are as follows:

Play/Pause: Quick Double-Tap

Next Track: Quick Triple-Tap

Volume +: Long Press & Hold

Note: In single mode, the right earbud only supports the next song and volume up functions.

The controls for the left earbud are as follows:

Play/Pause: Quick Double-Tap

Previous Track: Quick Triple-Tap

Volume -: Long Press & Hold

Note: In single mode, the left earbud only supports the previous song and volume down functions. A ‘Di’ sound will be produced when the volume reaches the minimum or maximum level.

To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limit on max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices. If you feel the volume is too low, you can enable “absolute volume” in your phone’s developer options.

Step 1: Find the Build Number

First, you need to find the “Build Number” in your phone’s settings. The location varies by Android version:

Android 7.1 and lower: Settings > About Phone > Build Number

Android 8.0.0 and Android 8.1.0: Settings > System > About Phone > Build Number

Android 9 and higher: Settings > About Phone > Build Number

Step 2: Enable Developer Options

Once you locate the Build Number, tap it about 7 times in succession. You may need to enter your PIN for verification. A message will appear confirming, “You are now a developer”.

Step 3: Enable Absolute Volume

Go back to the main Settings screen and search for “Developer options”. Enter this menu, scroll down until you reach the “Networking” section, and toggle ON the “Enable absolute volume” option.
