The FRACTAL SCAPE headset features several physical controls for easy access to its functions:

• **Control Crown:** This multi-function dial adjusts volume when rotated, and handles media controls (play/pause, next/previous track) when pressed.

• **Microphone Mute Button:** Toggles the microphone mute on and off. A long press activates Microphone Noise Cancellation.

• **Bluetooth Button:** Switches between wireless 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes, and initiates Bluetooth pairing.

• **Power Button:** Powers the headset on or off with a long press, and shows the current battery status with a short press.

• **RGB Button:** Toggles the headset’s lighting on and off.

• **EQ Button:** Cycles through the available preset audio equalizer modes.

To set up your FRACTAL SCAPE headset for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Connect the wireless stand to your computer using the included USB cable.

2. Attach the detachable boom microphone to the headset’s left earcup.

3. For a tidy setup, you can wind the excess USB cable inside the base of the stand.

4. Place the headset onto the stand. The headset and stand will automatically pair within 5 to 10 seconds.

5. Once the pairing is complete, you can lift the headset from the stand and begin using it.

You can customize advanced settings for your FRACTAL SCAPE headset through the Adjust software. After connecting the FRACTAL SCAPE to your computer, the software allows you to:

• Customize LIGHTING effects.

• Adjust AUDIO settings and equalizers.

• Update the device firmware.

• Perform a factory reset.

The FRACTAL SCAPE headset offers several connection methods:

• Wireless 2.4GHz via the included small USB dongle.

• Wireless 2.4GHz via the charging stand, which also functions as a dongle.

• Bluetooth.

• Wired connection via a USB cable.

The headset is compatible with a wide range of devices, including PC, MAC, PS4, PS5, NINTENDO SWITCH, IOS, and ANDROID.

The Control Crown on the FRACTAL SCAPE is a multi-function dial for volume and media playback:

• Rotate: Turn the crown to increase or decrease the volume.

• Single Press: Press the crown once to play or pause your audio.

• Double Press: Press the crown twice in quick succession to skip to the next track.

• Triple Press: Press the crown three times in quick succession to return to the previous track.

To activate Bluetooth pairing mode on your FRACTAL SCAPE headset, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds. The headset will then become discoverable, allowing you to connect it to your Bluetooth-enabled device.

The FRACTAL SCAPE offers two methods for muting the microphone:

• Flip-to-Mute: The most convenient way to mute is to flip the microphone boom arm to the upright position. To unmute, simply flip it back down.

• Mute Button: Alternatively, you can press the dedicated mute button on the earcup to toggle the mute function on or off.

To activate Microphone Noise Cancellation (MNC) on your FRACTAL SCAPE headset, press and hold the microphone mute button for 2 seconds. This feature helps to reduce background noise for clearer voice communication.

Yes. The FRACTAL SCAPE headset is equipped with built-in omnidirectional microphones. To use them, simply detach the main boom microphone from the earcup. The headset will automatically switch to the internal microphones for audio input.

You can cycle through different audio profiles by pressing the EQ button on the earcup of your FRACTAL SCAPE headset. The headset has three preset EQ modes, indicated by one, two, or three illuminated LEDs. For more detailed EQ customization, use the Adjust software.

To quickly toggle the light array on or off, press the RGB button located on the earcup of the FRACTAL SCAPE headset. Advanced lighting effects and color customization can be configured in the Adjust software.

To turn your FRACTAL SCAPE headset on or off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

To check the remaining battery level on your FRACTAL SCAPE headset, give the power button a single, short press. A colored light indicator will display the current battery status:

• Green: 100% to 50% charge remaining.

• Orange: 50% to 15% charge remaining.

• Red: 15% to 0% charge remaining.

If your FRACTAL SCAPE headset is not connecting to its wireless dongle, you may need to re-pair them. Follow these steps:

1. With the dongle plugged into your device, locate and press the ‘PAIR’ button on the dongle for 5 seconds to put it into pairing mode.

2. On the headset, press and hold the EQ button for 5 seconds to initiate pairing.

3. The headset and dongle should re-establish their connection. The headset will provide an indication once the pairing is successful.
