To wire your FOHHN LS-4 with one channel, please follow these steps:

1. Wire pin + of an amplifier output to IN1+ on the speaker terminal.

2. Wire pin – of the same amplifier output to IN1- on the speaker terminal.

3. Insert a wire link from IN1- to IN2+.

4. Load a dedicated speaker preset to the output channel using Fohhn Audio Soft.

One-channel wiring must be used for all Fohhn amplifiers with an output power greater than 200 W @ 4 ohm when connecting to your FOHHN LS-4.

To wire your FOHHN LS-4 with two channels for a MA-4.100 amplifier, please follow these steps:

1. Wire one amplifier output to IN1 on the speaker terminal.

2. Wire a second amplifier output to IN2 on the speaker terminal.

3. Load dedicated speaker presets to both output channels using Fohhn Audio Soft.

Two-channel wiring is only recommended for Fohhn amplifiers with an output power less than 200 W @ 4 ohm, such as the MA-4.100, when connecting to your FOHHN LS-4.

Please observe the following cautions when wiring your FOHHN LS-4:

• Make sure all wiring is carried out by a qualified person to prevent the amplifier and loudspeaker from damage.

• To obtain the best performance of the loudspeaker and prevent it from damage, the correct speaker preset must be loaded.

Before mounting the FOHHN LS-4, please ensure that:

– the wall/ceiling will carry the total weight of the FOHHN LS-4.

– all dowels used suit the wall/ceiling type.

– all screws and nuts are tightened correctly.

In case of a dropped ceiling installation, also ensure that the FOHHN LS-4 does not have any contact to parts of the dropped ceiling frame or tiles.

To wall mount your FOHHN LS-4, follow these steps:

1. **Drilling holes:** Drill two holes at a distance of 345 mm into the wall. Use a spirit level to align them horizontally.

2. **Setting dowels and screws:** Insert two dowels that suit your wall type. Screw in the hex-head bolts (screw diameter: 6.5 mm) until they are 20 mm from the wall.

3. **Installation:** Place the FOHHN LS-4 onto the screws by using the keyholes of the speaker.

4. **Final adjustment:** Align the FOHHN LS-4 horizontally. Tighten both hex-head screws with a wrench.

To perform a ceiling mount installation for your FOHHN LS-4, please follow these steps:

1. **Preparing the speaker:** Insert the hex-head screws of the V-ropes of the ceiling mount kit through the keyholes of the FOHHN LS-4. Tighten all 4 nuts while holding the respective screw head.

2. **Drilling holes:** Drill two holes at a distance of 370 mm into the ceiling.

3. **Setting dowels and ceiling plates:** Insert two dowels that suit the ceiling type. Tighten the ceiling plates with the screws (screw diameter max. 4 mm).

4. **Mounting suspension ropes:** Screw both suspension ropes with their endcaps onto the ceiling plates.

5. **Joining suspension ropes:** Insert each end of the suspension ropes into the jointer of the slider of the V-ropes below, respectively.

6. **Adjusting height:** Adjust the assembly to the required height and level it horizontally. To lower the assembly, press the release ring of the slider. Cut off or interloop the excess cable ends.
