What are the assembly steps for the desk frame?
Step 1: Attaching the desk feet
Attach the desk feet (1) to the legs (2 & 3) using 8 M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5×5 hex key (C).
Step 2: Attaching the beam
Turn the leg (2) down. Attach the beam (4) to the legs using M8x50mm bolts (B) and tighten with the 5×5 hex key (C). Then attach the other desk leg (3). The beam can be adjusted (Loosen/Stretch/Tighten) to fit your desktop size.
Step 3: Install transmission rod
Attach the transmission rod (5) to the desk legs (2 & 3). Attach to leg (2) first, then attach to the other one (3). Tighten with the 2.5×2.5 hex key (D). Warning: To ensure the motor works correctly, please make sure to rotate less than 1/3 circle when inserting and tightening the transmission rod.
Step 4: Install bracket
Attach the bracket (6) to the desk legs (2 & 3) using 4 M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5×5 hex key (C).
Step 5: Install worksurface, control box, and baffle
Place the worksurface (not included) and attach it to the bracket (6) using ST4.2X20mm screws (F) and tighten with a drill. Ensure it is attached under 7.9″ (200 mm) from both edges of the worksurface.
Install the control box (7) and handset (9) (typically under the worksurface).
Attach the baffle (8) to the beam using M4x6mm bolts (E) and tighten with the 2.5×2.5 hex key (D).
Step 6: Connect cables
Connect the handset cable, power cord (10), and motor cable to the control box (7) as shown in the picture, using the designated interfaces.
What are the functions of the handset buttons?
The handset buttons have the following functions:
▲ (UP Button): Used to lift the desk surface.
▼ (DOWN Button): Used to lower the desk surface.
“1”: Recalls the 1st saved height position.
“2”: Recalls the 2nd saved height position.
“3”: Recalls the 3rd saved height position.
“M” (SAVE button): Used to save the current height position.
“A” (REMINDER button): Used to activate the “Long-Time Sitting Reminder” function.
How do I adjust the desk height and save preset positions?
Adjusting Desk Height:
Press the UP button (▲) or DOWN button (▼) to lift or lower the height of the desk surface. The LED display shows the real-time height value. The range of the height value is 27.9″ – 47.5″.
Saving a Height Position:
a. Press the UP button (▲) or DOWN button (▼) to adjust the desk to your desired height. For instance, adjust the height to 29.5″.
b. Press the “M” SAVE button. The LED display will show “—“. Then press “1” to save the current height as the 1st height position (e.g., 29.5″). The LED display will show “S-1”.
c. Repeat steps a and b to save other height positions. For example, to save a 2nd height position at 39.5″, the LED display will show “S-2”. To save a 3rd height position at 47″, the LED display will show “S-3”.
d. To automatically go to a saved height, press “1”, “2”, or “3”.
How do I use the Long-Time Sitting Reminder?
a. Press the REMINDER button “A” to activate the function. The LED display shows “00”.
b. Two seconds later, the display screen will flash. Press the “▲” or “▼” button to adjust the reminder time (e.g., set to 45 minutes, display shows “45”). Then press any button to save the time setup, or wait 5 seconds and the system will save the time setup automatically. After the time setting is finished, the system will automatically enter the countdown. During the countdown, any operation will lead to a repeat starting of the timer. When the countdown finishes, the buzzer will be active with a 10-second “DiDi… DiDi…DiDi…” tone.
c. Within the 10-second reminder buzz, press any button to reactivate the time countdown that was set up in step (b). If no operation is performed during the 10-second reminder buzz, there will be another reminder buzz after 5 minutes. No operation during this second buzz will turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder.
d. To turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder, press and hold the “A” button for three seconds. The LED display will show “OFF”.
What should I do if the desk shows an “RSI” error, E01/E02 error, or the down button isn’t working?
Reset function (RSI display): When the LED display shows “RSI”, press and hold the “▼” DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop. The display will then show the lowest height, and the reset process is finished.
Exception code E01 or E02: If E01 or E02 appears on the display, please wait 18 minutes before trying to operate the desk again.
If the “▼” DOWN button doesn’t work: Please check the cable connection to the control box. Then, cut off the power for at least 10 seconds. Reconnect the power. Press the “▼” DOWN button; the LED display should show “RSI”. Then start the reset process by pressing and holding the “▼” DOWN button as described above.
What should I do if there is no action when I press the “up” or “down” button?
1. Check that all cables are connected well.
