How do I connect and set up the EMPEROR VST-2500AM Receiver?

One receiver can receive 4 channels signals from 4 senders with different directions, or you can select any one even other combination which depends on channel setting.

1. Connect the Video and Audio output signal of the receiver with AV wire to your TV or Monitor. If connecting to a TV, you have to switch your TV to “AV INPUT” function.

2. If your TV set has an AV output Jack, you can connect to a VCR for recording.

The timer switch can select switcher time from 3 sec to 10 sec.

How do I connect and set up the EMPEROR VST-2500AM Sender?

The sender can input video and stereo or mono audio signals from a camera, DVD, VCR, satellite receiver, TV, etc., and then transmit to the Receiver without wire around 100 meters at the open side. If indoor use, the distance will depend on the building construction.

1. Connect the yellow plug into the video input Jack of the sender.

2. Connect the red plug into the audio R input Jack of the sender.

3. Connect the white plug into the audio L input Jack of the sender.

4. Plug the other end into the signal source, be sure that the yellow plug goes into the video output, the red plug to the R channel of Audio output, and the white plug into the L channel of Audio output.

How do I operate the AC/DC adaptor for the EMPEROR VST-2500AM?

Make sure that the proper AC/DC adaptor has been installed correctly; use only the AC/DC adaptor supplied with the sender and receiver.

1. Plug the AC/DC Adaptor into the DC input jack of the unit. Plug the adaptor into a standard wall outlet.

2. Switch on the power switch of the unit.

3. The channel indicator LED will be illuminated.

How should I position the antennas on the EMPEROR VST-2500AM for the best reception?

1. If the sender unit is far away from the Receiver unit, please turn the TX side of the antenna on the unit to directly face the antenna on the Receiver unit to get the best reception.

2. If the sender unit is close to the Receiver unit, due to RF multi-path reasons, sometimes you have to put both antennas of the sender unit & Receiver unit to face upward to avoid something moving between TX and RX which may affect the picture stability.

3. Place the sender unit in the most appropriate location for monitoring (tabletop, dresser or wall mount) as high as possible.

4. Make sure that both units are on the same channel.

5. In case of poor display quality, rotate the antennas or reposition both units to obtain optimum picture transmission.
