Emerge warrants the chair to the original purchaser against defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship for 7 years from the original date of purchase.

If such a defect occurs within 7 years, Emerge will replace the defective part. Parts covered include nonmoving metal components, chair frame, pneumatic cylinder, upholstery, and all other parts.

This warranty is based on up to 10 hours of continual use within a 24-hour period for users weighing up to 275 lb. (124 kgs).

Claims under this warranty are limited to replacement of 100% of the chair or refund of the purchase price at Emerge’s sole option.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage or handling, installation, accident, repair or alteration, or other circumstances not directly attributable to manufacturing or material defects.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, express or implied. Emerge specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Emerge be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (such as but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business, savings, data or records) related to this product.

Seat Height Adjustment: Adjusts seat height for correct posture, relieving stress on back, thighs, and legs.

Tilt Tension: Allows easy adjustment of chair flexibility to avoid heavy pushing and relax muscles.

Upright Tilt Lock: Simple locking mechanism fixes the seat in the upright position for healthy posture.

Arm Height Adjustment: Arms adjust up and down to ease pressure on neck and support shoulders.

Adjustable Arm Pads: Arm pads adjust frontward-backward and inward-outward to ease pressure on neck and support shoulders.

Backrest Recline: Backrest recline adjustment ensures comfortable posture.

Pull up on the lever located on the right side of the seat.

Lower or raise the seat to your desired height.

Release the lever to lock the seat height into position.

Grasp the knob under the front center of the seat.

For firmer/stiffer tilt, twist the knob counter clockwise.

For softer/looser tilt, twist the knob clockwise.

Locate the handle underneath the right side of the seat (this is typically the same handle as the seat height adjustment).

Pulling the handle all the way out allows the chair to tilt freely.

Pushing the handle in when the chair is in the fully upright position locks the chair in place, preventing it from tilting.

Press the buttons on the chair arms to allow the arms to move up or down freely.

Release the buttons once the desired height is reached.

The arm pads can be moved frontward-backward and inward-outward.

Ensure that the tilt lock is in the locked position (handle pushed in) before adjusting the back recline.

Pull the recline lever located on the right side of the chair.

Lean back or forward to select a suitable and comfortable back angle.

Let go of the lever to lock the backrest in the chosen position.

The recline range is approximately 85°–145°.

Step 1: Insert the five Casters (1) into the holes on the Base (2).

Step 2: Place the Telescopic Cover (4) over the Gas Lift (3). Insert the narrow end of the Gas Lift (3) into the center hole of the Base (2).

Step 3: Ensure the Gas Lift (3) with Telescopic Cover (4) is securely fitted into the Base (2).

TIP: For easier installation, place the Seat (6) upside down, possibly on top of the box it came in.

Step 4: Align the Seat Plate (5) on the bottom of the Seat (6), ensuring the “FRONT” marking on the Seat Plate points towards the front of the Seat. Attach the Seat Plate (5) using four Blue Screws (A) with the Allen Wrench (F). Hand thread all screws prior to fully tightening.

Step 5: Attach the Armrests (8) to the underside of the seat/seat plate assembly using eight Yellow Screws (B) with the Allen Wrench (F). Hand thread all screws prior to fully tightening.

Step 6: Carefully lift the assembled Seat (from Steps 4 & 5) and position the center hole of the Seat Plate (5) over the top of the Gas Lift (3) on the assembled Base (from Step 3). Press down firmly to secure the seat assembly onto the gas lift.

Step 7: Align the brackets on the Back (7) with the corresponding brackets on the side of the Seat assembly. Attach the Back (7) using four Green Screws (C) (two on each side) with the Allen Wrench (F). Hand thread all screws prior to fully tightening.

Step 8: Attach the vertical Armrest frames (part of 8) to the armrest mechanisms already attached to the seat, using four Screws (D) (two on each side) with the Allen Wrench (F). Ensure the correct orientation (R for Right, L for Left). Hand thread all screws prior to fully tightening.

Step 9: Slide the Headrest (9) straps over the top of the Back (7).

Step 10: Attach the Right Bracket Cover (11) and Left Bracket Cover (12) over the backrest attachment brackets. Secure them using the Caps (E). Note: The PDF shows attaching Caps (E) but does not specify screws for the covers themselves; assume they snap on or use existing screws covered by the caps.

Attach the Lumbar Support (10) by placing it against the lower backrest.

Chair bolts, screws, and knobs may loosen during use. Please tighten your chair’s hardware each month.
