Please read these instructions and store them in a safe place for future reference. Setting Alarm 1. At normal time mode, hold “ALM/Set” button until the alarm hour blinks. O O 2. Now use “ / C/ F ”or “ /12/24” button to set the alarm hour. 3. Press “ALM/Set” button to confirm and the alarm minute blinks. O O 4. Now use “ / C/ F” or “ /12/24” button to the alarm minute. 5. Press “ALM/Set” button to confirm and return to normal state. 6. When the alarm is on, it rings for one minute when the preset time arrives. Press any key to stop the ring. Note: The Snooze Function

There two ways for power supply: battery and solar energy. At daytime the clock to be powered by solar energy ( it is recommended that service condition is more than 200Lux). At nighttime the clock to be powered by battery. INSTALLING BATTERY 1.Remove the Battery cover. 2.Replace battery with “+” up 3.Replace battery cover. Be sure to insert the battery in the correct position (+,-) to prevent problems. The time and date must be reset when the battery is changed. NORMAL OPERATION O O 1.Press “ / C/ F” button to select temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit display. 2.Press “ /12/24” button to choose 12 or 24 Hr display format. 3.Press “ALM/ON/OFF' to turn on/off alarm SETTING Setting Time & Calendar 1. At normal time mode, hold “Time/Set” button until the second blinks. O O 2. Now use “ / C/ F” or “ /12/24” button to reset the current second to zero. 3. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and the hour blinks. O O 4. Now use “ / C/ F” or “ /12/24” button to select the correct hour. 5. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and the minute blinks. O O 6. Now use “ / C/ F ”or “ /12/24” button to select the correct minute. 7. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and the year blinks. O O 8. Now use “ / C/ F” or “ /12/24” button to select the correct year. 9. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and the month blinks. O O 10. Now use “ / C/ F” or “ /12/24” button to select the correct month. 11. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and the date blinks. O O 12. Now use “ / C/ F ”or “ /12/24” button to select the correct date. 13. Press “Time/Set” button to confirm and return to normal state Keep the clock out of reach of small children. Attention! Batteries can be life threatening, if swallowed. Therefore, keep batteries and alarm clock out of reach of small children. If a battery has been swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. The batteries provided must not be charged or re-activated by any other means, taken apart, thrown into fire or short-circuited. Batteries need to be properly disposed of. For this purpose , shops selling batteries provide special containers for environmentally friendly disposal. Also, empty batteries will be taken at public waste collection points. Two Year Warranty (U.S.A.) Equity products are warranted for two years from the date of consumer purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period such defects will be repaired , or the product will be replaced at Equity s option. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.
