This model is a medical device which is intended to be used only as a seating option for toilets and bathrooms. The purpose is to help physically handicapped persons to use as a shower / bath chair. Any other uses are prohibited. Do not use this chair as a climbing aid.

• Only use the product in flawless condition.

• The shower chair must only be used on a stable surface.

• Please check all the screws are tightened and the main frame is stable before use.

• The shower chair is used exclusively as a seat while showering. Do not sit on the backrest.

• Don’t climb on to this shower chair.

• Always make use of the complete sitting area. If you are sitting down or getting up, ask a person to look after you.

• Be aware of the information in this user manual.

• Only use the product for the described purpose.

Normal dirt on metal and plastic parts can be removed with standard cleaning agents. Check the specific product information and use only commercial cleaning products which are suitable for cleaning and disinfection (no solvents or abrasives). Clean and sterilize regularly. Place in a ventilated area.

Despite the solid construction and the use of resistant materials the product is subject to wear. It is therefore recommended to check the product at regular intervals by a professional.

1. Place the seat (B) on a flat surface with the bottom surface facing upwards.

2. Place the 1st frame section for the legs (G) into the indent in the seat. The flat surface on the frame and legs should be facing upwards. Then place the next frame section for the legs on top of the first frame with the flat surface on the frame facing down and legs facing upwards.

3. Place the U-shaped frame (D) on top of the laid frame sections. Fasten the frame section and the U-shaped frame with 3 long and 2 short screws to the bottom of the seat. When finished there will be 2 unused holes on the U-shaped frame.

4. Attach the height adjustment chair legs (C) to the frame sections. Slide the legs on the frame section until they lock into place. These can be adjusted to the required height.

5. Attach the backrest (A) to the two supports (E) with four short screws. Then slide the backrest onto the open ends of the U-shaped frame. It should click when locked in place. Note the U-shaped frame will have 2 holes facing downwards for buttons to lock in.

6. Insert the armrest (F) into the grey brackets, make sure they are slightly tilted outwards, with grey foam facing in front of the chair. The grey brackets can be found outside of all frame parts for the legs. As soon as you hear a click, the armrest is locked into the bracket.

7. When assembly is finished, check all the screws are tightened. Check all the main frames, backrest and armrest are stable before use.

The foldable chair cannot be deposited with normal garbage. It must be delivered to the public station for re-use.
