How do I install the wall plate?
Step 1: Install the wall plate
For Concrete Walls:
1. Mark the drill locations on the wall using the wall plate as a template. Note: Ensure you are drilling into solid concrete only, do not drill into mortar.
2. Use an electric drill with a 5/16″ (8mm) concrete drill bit to drill holes to a depth of 2.2″ (55mm).
3. Insert the Wall Anchors (Part II) into the drilled holes. You may need a hammer to tap them in gently.
4. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the Self-tapping screws (Part I) and Washers (Part III). Tighten firmly with a socket wrench.
For Wood Stud Walls:
1. Use a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall.
2. Mark the drill locations on the center of the studs using the wall plate as a template.
3. Use an electric drill with a 3/16″ (4.5mm) wood drill bit to drill pilot holes to a depth of 2.2″ (55mm).
4. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the Self-tapping screws (Part I) and Washers (Part III). Tighten firmly with a socket wrench.
How do I attach the TV to the wall mount?
Step 2: Attach TV to the front plate
1. If necessary, install the adapter extensions to the front plate to match the VESA pattern on the back of your TV.
2. Select the suitable screws (A, B, C, or D) and square washers (E) from the provided hardware that fit the mounting holes on the back of your TV.
3. Attach the front plate assembly to the back of your TV using the selected screws and washers. Ensure they are securely tightened.
4. Hang the TV with the attached front plate onto the arm of the wall plate that is already installed on the wall.
How do I adjust the angle of the TV?
Step 4: Adjust the viewing angle
1. Loosen the screw on the tilting mechanism.
2. Adjust the angle of the TV to a suitable position. The mount allows for a tilt between +15 and -15 degrees.
3. Once you have found the desired angle, fix the screw firmly to lock the TV in that position.
