DIGIPOWER TC-U450 (01) PDF SUMMARY:
How do you adjust the position of the contacts for Li-ion battery charging?
- Remove the protective cover.
- Adjust the contact terminals of the charger to match the contact points of your battery. Slide the left and right contact adjusters until they are properly aligned with your battery’s positive and negative terminals.
What safety features are included?
The TC-U450 includes safety features, which ensure full and safe charging for each and every charge. Should you by chance insert the Li-ion battery in reverse polarity (the positive contact is on the negative side of the battery, and vice versa), the unit will detect and automatically adjust itself to ensure a full and safe charge.
What is an important note when adjusting the position of the contacts for Li-ion battery charging?
Make sure that only the “+” and “-” terminals of the battery are aligned with the contacts of the charger. Aligning the charger contacts with any other terminals on the battery may result in damage to the battery. Consult your battery’s user guide for additional information.
What happens when the charger is first connected to a power source?
The LEDs will blink in sequence from left to right one time to indicate proper functioning. The 1st LED will remain on as long as the charger is connected to a working power source. LEDs 2-4 are to indicate charging status.
How do you charge a USB device?
- Remove batteries from the charging tray. The USB port will not function if there are batteries in the tray.
- Connect the USB device to the USB output port on the charger.
- The charging indicator on your portable device will indicate charging status.
What will the four LED display show when powering a USB device?
The leftmost LED (position #1) will remain lit whenever the charger is connected to a working power source. Indicators 2-4 will not operate when powering a USB device. Reference your USB device for charge status.
What are the technical specifications?
