1. This machine should not be used by individuals with physical weakness, cognitive impairments, or mental disabilities (including children) unless they are under the supervision or guidance of a responsible person ensuring safe usage.

2. Children must be supervised to prevent them from playing with the machine.

3. Always unplug the power cord before cleaning or performing maintenance on the machine.

4. If the power cord is damaged or becomes loose, it must be replaced by the manufacturer’s service department or a qualified technician. The connection should be of Y-type.

5. Ensure the power plug is removed after turning off the machine.

6. Use a power supply that matches the machine’s specified voltage and frequency.

The operating handle on the DAPPER DP-FM1305 has several functions for safe and comfortable operation:

Main Switch & Protective Device: The handle includes a main switch with a built-in protective mechanism to ensure safe operation.

Angle Adjustment Function:

• When not in use, the handle can be raised to save space.

• The fixed sharp teeth of the operating handle are loosened, allowing it to rotate along the aluminum seat.

• The handle can be adjusted to a vertical position and locked in place by releasing the angle adjustment handle. In this position, a safety device automatically engages, preventing accidental operation.

• For normal use, the handle should be adjusted to a comfortable angle (typically 45° with the ground) before securing it in place.

Starting the Machine: To start the machine, one of the two thumb-operated fused switches must be pressed simultaneously while the power switch is engaged. This activates the motor.

Power Switch Handle: Controls the power supply, turning the machine on and off.

Angle Adjusting Handle: Used to modify the angle of the operating handle for user comfort.

Power Cord & Socket Connection: The handle connects the power wire and socket to the main motor.

1. Open the tank and properly install the machine body, operating handle, water tank, and cleaning brush as shown in the diagram.

2. Verify that the power socket meets the required standards and ensure the power supply voltage is between 220V and 240V. Voltage fluctuations can cause abnormal operation, overheating, or damage to the machine.

3. Adjust the operating handle to a comfortable angle for the operator.

4. Push the thumb fuse switch towards the center of the handle, then press the main switch to start the machine. The cleaning brush will begin rotating. The operator must firmly grip the handle with both hands. No other personnel should stand near the machine’s accessories during startup to prevent injury from unexpected movement.

5. Releasing the main switch handle will stop the machine.

6. After cleaning, adjust the operating handle to a vertical position and wipe the machine dry with a clean cloth to prolong its lifespan.

7. Never operate the machine in rainy or wet conditions to prevent electric leakage and motor damage.

1. The machine is designed to be moisture-resistant. However, to prevent short circuits or electric shocks, avoid allowing water or cleaning agents to come into direct contact with the power socket or internal parts of the machine.

2. Do not replace the operational or startup capacitor with one that does not meet the specified capacitance and voltage resistance requirements, as this may damage the motor.

3. Avoid applying excessive force to the plastic handle, rod, or buttons on the operating handle to prevent unnecessary damage.
