To Detach:
1. Gently pull the detachable cover.
2. Push the Detachable Cover lever upwards with the other hand, and gently pull the Detachable Cover. Then, it will be detached.
To Attach:
1. Refer to the photo in the manual, push the detachable cover gently to the lid for attaching.
2. Attach the detachable cover on the same direction as the phrase in the photo indicates.
Note: Because the detachable lid is hot during cooking or just after cooking, detach the lid after it cools down. Ensure the lid is attached before use; the product has been designed so that the lid will not be closed if the detachable lid is not attached.

For SCORCHED RICE, place rice and water in the Inner Pot and leave it for about 30 minutes with the lid closed before cooking.

2. After rinsing the soaked rice, pour rice into Inner Pot. Pour appropriated volume of water, and use “GABA” menu.
3. Press “Menu/Selection” button to select “GABA”. When selected, “0 Hr.” is indicated in the display.
4. Press “TIME/SETTING” button to set time. While selecting the GABA rice menu, the germination time is selected repeatedly in the order of 0 hour -> 3 hours -> 0 hour.
5. Press the “START/QUICK” button. Pressing this will begin the “GABA” process, after which cooking will begin immediately. During “GABA” mode, “Cooking” indicator will be lit together with the germination time left.
How do I use the Multi Cook function on the CUCKOO CR-0675F?
1. Press the “MENU/SELECT” button and select Multi cook menu. If selected, the display shows ’20 Mins’.
2. Press the “TIME/SETTING” button to set the desired time. The default is 20 minutes, and can be set from 10 minutes to one and a half hours (increases or decreases in 5-minute increments).

To Keep Warm:
The unit automatically enters Keep Warm mode after cooking. The display shows “0Hr” indicating warming time is 0 hours. It is recommended to evenly stir the cooked rice after cooking. 24 hours after keeping the cooked rice warm, the passed time blinks on the display to give the long time warning.
To Reheat:
If you want to have warmer rice while in Keep Warm mode, press the Keep Warm/Reheat button to start the mode. You can have warm and nice rice after 9 minutes of reheating. The display mark turns round and round while reheating. When reheating is done, warming starts and the remaining time is displayed.
Note: Do not reheat more than once or twice. If rice is cooked separately and you want to keep it warm, place rice in the Inner Pot and press the Keep Warm/Reheat button.

2. When the button is locked, a lock icon flashes on the screen.
3. While the button has been locked, if you press any button except for the “TIMER/LOCK” button, a buzzer will sound.

1. While the button has been locked, if the “TIMER/LOCK” button is pressed for 2 seconds or longer, the button will be unlocked.
