Process:
NOTE: To ease installation, it is recommended to place the power strip toward the back of the wood top before use. If you would like to locate the power strip on the left side of the workbench, manage the cord before installation.
1. Line up the power strip with the pre-drilled holes in the wood top.
2. Insert two M6 x 16 mm screws and tighten them.

Process:
NOTE: The assembly of the left and right side is similar. First assemble the right side. You can locate the power strip on either side of the workbench. To ease assembly of the power strip to the right side of the leg frame, locate the pre-drilled holes in the upper leg, and orient the leg so that the pre-drilled holes face towards the rear of the unit.
1. Place the wood top upside down on a soft surface to protect the finish.
2. Place the drawer frame upside down. Attach the two upper leg assemblies to the drawer frame. Place the upper legs and drawer frame to align with the pre-drilled hole locations in the wood top.
3. Insert the M12 x 120 mm bolts through the upper legs and into the wood top. Finger tighten.
4. Use M8 x 16 mm bolts, nuts, and washers to attach the upper legs to the drawer frame. Tighten all M8 screws and nuts. NOTICE: The torque for M8 screws is 9.5 Nm (84 in-lbs). The torque for M12 screws is 35 Nm (310 in-lbs).
How do I assemble the lower legs, cross supports, casters, and leveling feet on the CRAFTSMAN CMST27202BK?

3. Attach four casters into the caster nuts, which are welded into the bottom of the lower legs. Tighten all casters with a wrench. The two locking casters should be assembled to the front of the unit.
4. Attach the leveling feet into the bottom of the lower legs. Adjust the leveling feet to a suitable height.

3. Use M8 bolts, washers, and nuts to attach the pegboards together. NOTICE: Manage the cord of the power strip, and attach the cord to the pre-drilled holes in the back pegboard panel with two M3.5 x 10 mm self-tapping screws.
4. Place the wire shelf on the lower cross supports.
How do I install the drawers into the CRAFTSMAN CMST27202BK workbench?
1. Pull slides and slide carrier out to fully extend.
2. Hold the slide on the cabinet while aligning the slide on the drawer with it.
3. Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.
4. Slowly push drawer until it is completely closed to engage the slide.
5. Open drawer and close to verify proper operation. To remove, empty the drawer, and fully extend it. Push the right release slide lever down, then push the left release slide lever up. Pull out drawer.

Process:
1. All metal surfaces are required to be bonded to a grounding connection in accordance with NEC NFPA70.
