The COMFYER W2 is designed to simulate the sucking pattern of an infant. It assists in sucking the breast, promotes pituitary secretion of prolactin, and stimulates the secretion of milk to increase production. Additionally, it promotes the contraction of the breast epithelium and facilitates the ejection of milk from the breast ducts to ensure the breast is emptied, which can alleviate swelling and help prevent acute mastitis. This product is intended for personal use at home and is not recommended as an auxiliary tool for medical institutions.

Please note that a single breast pump unit does not include the customized storage bag, the charging & storage stand, or the 20 milk storage bags.

The COMFYER W2 consists of five primary parts:

The COMFYER W2 interface includes several controls and indicators:

9 Expression Level Lights: These show 9 levels of expression, increasing from left to right.

Level Down Button (-): Decreases the suction level.

Level Up Button (+): Increases the suction level.

Power Button/Mode Switch Button: Long press to turn the device on or off; short press to switch between expression and stimulation modes.

Heating Mode Switch Button: Short press to turn the heating function on or off.

Heating Mode Display: Indicates if the heating function is active.

Power Display: Shows the current battery status at the bottom of the interface.

Step 1. Download and install the mobile app, log in, and select Add Device. Keep the phone and the COMFYER W2 close together during this process.

Step 2. Long press the power button to turn on the breast pump. The app should automatically search for the device. Click Add when it appears.

Step 3. If the device is not found automatically, click the + icon on the homepage, select Small Appliances, then select W2 to wait for a connection.

Note that only one breast pump can be added at a time. To add a second pump, you must return to the homepage of the app.

Within the app settings for the COMFYER W2, you can adjust the shutdown time to 5, 10, or 15 minutes. The device works for 20 minutes by default as a recommendation for health and safety.

Follow these steps to correctly assemble the COMFYER W2:

Step 1. Install the valve into the milk collector. Ensure it is installed in the correct direction as shown in the PDF.

Step 2. Place the silicone diaphragm into the milk collector. Press with your hands to ensure the edges are fastened tightly for a perfect seal.

Step 3. Install the flange onto the milk collector. Align the diversion groove on the flange with the backflow groove on the collector. Ensure the magnetic contact on the flange is aligned with the slot on the milk collector, then press the edges firmly.

Step 4. Attach the pump motor (main body) to the milk collector. Align the notch under the main body with the silicone diaphragm and assemble downward until it fits securely to ensure a complete seal.

Before assembly, always wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all components are clean and free of residue around the rims to avoid leakage.

Step 1. Press the flange firmly against the breast, ensuring no gaps exist and your nipple is centered. Keep the device upright and do not distort the position, or suction will be lost.

Step 2. Long press the power button to start the COMFYER W2.

Step 3. Short press the mode button to choose between Stimulation mode (indicator light flashes) and Expression mode (indicator light is always on).

Step 4. Use the + and – buttons to select one of the 9 levels of suction that feels comfortable for you.

Step 5. To turn off the device, long press the power button. Use your fingers to break the seal between the breast and the funnel before carefully removing the pump.

Short press the heating mode button to toggle the function. When the heating function is active, the indicator light will flash to show it is heating and remain constant when it is keeping warm. If the light does not turn on, check if the magnetic contact of the flange is making good contact with the pump motor. Short press the button again to turn the function off.

Yes, the COMFYER W2 has a built-in memory function. When you turn the machine back on, it will automatically enter the working mode and suction level used during your last session. Short pressing the mode switch button during operation will change the device to the saved memory level of the alternate mode.

When the COMFYER W2 is in use, a green light indicates sufficient power, while a red light indicates the battery is low. To charge the device, use the magnetic charging cable with a DC5V 2A charger. During charging, the red light flashes; it flashes green when nearly full and remains solid green when fully charged. Note that the breast pump will not operate while it is plugged into a charger.

After pumping, keep the COMFYER W2 upright. Remove the motor part and hold the milk collector. Align the milk collector gap of the breast cup with the mouth of your storage bottle to prevent spilling. Ensure the slot features are properly aligned with the bottle as you pour.

If you experience insufficient suction, perform the following checks:

1. Test the Motor: Separate the main body from the cup and place the motor against the palm of your hand. If you feel suction, the motor is functioning correctly, and the issue is with the assembly or accessories.

2. Check Installation: Reassemble all accessories according to the instructions. Ensure the flange is clean and dry and that the duckbill valve is not damaged.

3. Check Sitting Posture: Ensure you are leaning slightly forward and the pump is aligned correctly with your body.

4. Component Wear: Consumable parts like silicone diaphragms and duckbill valves should be replaced every three to six months as they can deform over time from cleaning.

If you cannot extract milk, first determine if the breast is agglomerated. Gently massage the breasts for five minutes using a heated towel or alternating compresses. Start the COMFYER W2 at the minimum suction setting and gradually increase it to release blockages. If the mammary glands are inactive, consider nutritional therapy or consuming lactogenic foods such as soybeans, tofu, or peanuts to help stimulate production.
