Step 2. Attach the battery securely to the Battery Charger LC-E12 or LC-E12E. To detach the battery, follow the procedure in reverse.

Step 3. For the LC-E12 charger, flip out the prongs and insert them into a power outlet. For the LC-E12E charger, connect the power cord to the charger and insert the plug into a power outlet.

Step 4. Recharging starts automatically. The charge lamp lights up in orange during charging and turns green when the battery is fully recharged.

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully recharge a completely exhausted battery at room temperature (23 degrees Celsius / 73 degrees Fahrenheit).

ISO speed represents the image sensor’s sensitivity to light. To set the ISO speed:

Step 1. Press the ISO button.
