To cancel multiple print jobs in the queue, press and hold the (Cancel) button for about four seconds.

3. **Jam in Back:** Open the back cover. Pull the blue tabs to release the fuser cover. Use both hands to gently pull the jammed paper out of the fuser unit. Close the fuser cover and the back cover.

4. **Jam in 2-sided Tray:** Pull the paper tray completely out. At the back of the machine, pull the 2-sided tray completely out. Gently pull the jammed paper out of the machine or the tray. Re-insert both trays firmly.

After clearing the jam, the machine should resume normal operation. If the error persists, check for small, torn pieces of paper that may have been left behind.

9. Close the front cover of the machine. Do not turn off the machine until the display returns to Ready Mode.

2. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly.

3. Push down the green lock lever and take the toner cartridge out of the old drum unit.

4. Unpack the new drum unit.

6. Install the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the machine.

7. Close the front cover.

8. After replacing the drum unit, you must reset the drum counter.

1. Make sure the front cover of the machine is closed.

2. Press the (Cancel) button to clear any error message on the screen.

5. Press the Home icon.
