How can I configure the bintec access point?

In its ex-works state, your device acts as a DHCP client and dynamically has an IP address assigned if you are operating a DHCP server within your network. If that is not the case, directly connect your device to the configuration PC and log in. You can take your access point into operation in a number of different ways:

Wireless LAN Controller: You can take the access point into operation with the wizard-supported WLAN Controller. The number of access points you can manage through the WLAN Controller as well as information on the required licenses can be found in the data sheet of your device. Managing the internal WLAN of your device does not require a separate license. Upon starting the WLAN Controller Wizard you will receive instructions and explanations on the individual pages of the wizard. Note that taking the WLAN Controller into operation disables the menu WLAN. All WLAN configuration is now done using the WLAN Controller.

be.SDx: be.SDx allows you to manage access points comfortably. If this cloud solution is interesting for you, please contact the provider.

WLAN menus: You can also configure your access point using the traditional WLAN menus of the graphical user interface.
