Note: The BIGASUO B-141K Wi-Fi Cloud Photo Frame supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. A private Wi-Fi network is highly recommended.

1. Search for “OurPhoto” in the App Store or Google Play and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.

7. Click “Bind”.
8. On your photo frame, confirm the binding request by navigating to Settings → User Management → Pending User Requests, and click “Accept”.
Your account is now bound to the frame as the main account.

To invite others to bind to your frame, they must follow these steps, and the frame owner must approve the request on the frame itself:
1. The friend or family member must download the OurPhoto App and log in to their own account.
2. In their app, they should select Devices → Bound Devices, then click the “+” icon.
3. They need to enter the Frame ID of your BIGASUO B-141K. You can find this on your frame under Settings → Device Info.

How do I upload photos and videos to my BIGASUO B-141K using the OurPhoto App?
1. Open the OurPhoto App and log in to your account. Ensure your account is bound to your frame.
2. Tap “Media” to upload photos or videos from your smartphone or tablet’s library. Select the files you wish to upload and choose the frame you want to send them to. Tap the right arrow icon to confirm.
3. Alternatively, tap “Photo” or “Video” to take new photos or videos. Choose the frame you would like to send to and tap the right arrow icon to confirm.
Your photos or videos will be received by the frame in seconds.

1. Make sure your BIGASUO B-141K and your computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. On your frame, go to Settings → PC Control. Click the “Start” button to display an FTP address on the screen.
3. On your computer, open File Explorer (this feature currently supports Windows systems). In the address bar, enter the FTP address exactly as it appears on the frame screen.
4. A folder will appear. You can now drag and drop the photos and videos from your computer into this folder to transfer them to the frame.

The BIGASUO B-141K supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network and have entered the password correctly. If your Wi-Fi network is not on the list, move your frame closer to your router or restart your frame, wait for seconds, and check again.
Can the BIGASUO B-141K be mounted on a wall?
