The BIGASUO B-141K features the following components and ports:

Please keep the following in mind when using your BIGASUO B-141K:

1. Please place the WiFi photo frame in an area with a strong WiFi signal.

2. The frame supports a maximum 32GB Micro-SD card.

3. The frame supports a maximum of 30 seconds for video sending.

To set up the stand, simply insert the frame stand into the designated slot on the back of the frame. You can place the frame in either landscape or portrait orientation. It is recommended to place it in landscape during the initial setup.

Connect the Power Cable to your frame and plug the Power Adapter into a wall socket. The frame will automatically power on and enter the system in seconds.

During the initial setup, you will be prompted to connect to Wi-Fi. Select the Wi-Fi network you would like to connect to and enter the password if required. If your Wi-Fi network is not on the list, move your frame closer to your router, wait for a few seconds, and check the list again.

Note: The BIGASUO B-141K Wi-Fi Cloud Photo Frame supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. A private Wi-Fi network is highly recommended.

To use the app with your BIGASUO B-141K, follow these steps:

1. Search for “OurPhoto” in the App Store or Google Play and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Open the OurPhoto App and select “Sign Up”. Fill in all the required information. If you already have an account, you can log in directly.

3. Click the right arrow icon to verify the email address you provide. A verification code will be sent to your email address.

4. Collect the verification code from your email, enter it in the app, and then click Submit to complete the account registration.

The following instructions are for the frame owner or the first user to bind the frame:

1. Please confirm you have signed into the OurPhoto App.

2. In the app, select “Devices”.

3. Click the “+” icon next to “My Devices”.

4. Enter the Frame ID. This is a 6-digit number found on your frame under Settings → Device Info.

5. Create a Device Name for your frame. It’s recommended to name it after the Frame ID for easy identification (e.g., Frame123456).

6. Create a unique email account for your frame. It’s recommended to create the account with the Frame ID (e.g., 123456@ourphoto.cn).

7. Click “Bind”.

8. On your photo frame, confirm the binding request by navigating to Settings → User Management → Pending User Requests, and click “Accept”.

Your account is now bound to the frame as the main account.

To invite others to bind to your frame, they must follow these steps, and the frame owner must approve the request on the frame itself:

1. The friend or family member must download the OurPhoto App and log in to their own account.

2. In their app, they should select Devices → Bound Devices, then click the “+” icon.

3. They need to enter the Frame ID of your BIGASUO B-141K. You can find this on your frame under Settings → Device Info.

4. They should create a Device Name for the frame for their own identification.

5. They click “Bind”.

6. As the frame owner, you must confirm the binding request on your frame. Go to Settings → User Management → Pending User Requests, find their request, and click “Accept”.

Once accepted, you can see the bound users in the User Management interface.

You and your friends can bind email accounts to the frame to share photos via email.

1. Send an email with the subject “bd + Frame ID” (e.g., “bd123456”) to the email account you created for your frame when you first bound it.

2. Wait for a few seconds. You will receive a confirmation email from the OurPhoto team, and your email account will be successfully bound to the frame. You can also find the bound email accounts in the User Management interface on the frame.

1. Open the OurPhoto App and log in to your account. Ensure your account is bound to your frame.

2. Tap “Media” to upload photos or videos from your smartphone or tablet’s library. Select the files you wish to upload and choose the frame you want to send them to. Tap the right arrow icon to confirm.

3. Alternatively, tap “Photo” or “Video” to take new photos or videos. Choose the frame you would like to send to and tap the right arrow icon to confirm.

Your photos or videos will be received by the frame in seconds.

Note:

• Video clips are limited to 30 seconds or 100MB.

• The app supports sending the full image to the frame.

• The OurPhoto App provides 10GB of free data traffic for uploads. More can be purchased if needed.

Send an email with photos attached to the unique email address of the frame. Your photos will be received in seconds. You can then check the photo or video library on the frame. Note: Videos cannot be uploaded via email.

1. Make sure your BIGASUO B-141K and your computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

2. On your frame, go to Settings → PC Control. Click the “Start” button to display an FTP address on the screen.

3. On your computer, open File Explorer (this feature currently supports Windows systems). In the address bar, enter the FTP address exactly as it appears on the frame screen.

4. A folder will appear. You can now drag and drop the photos and videos from your computer into this folder to transfer them to the frame.

5. Once you are finished, click “Stop” on the frame’s screen to end the PC connection and uploading process.

The files will be received in seconds and can be viewed in the photo or video library on the frame.

1. Insert a USB drive into the USB-A port on the frame. Wait for a few seconds, and the frame will notify you when the drive is successfully connected.

2. Enter the Photo or Video library on the frame, click “USB”, and you will see all the photos and videos stored on the drive.

3. Click the “More” icon in the upper right corner and select the photos or videos you want to import to the frame’s internal memory.

4. Click the “Share” icon at the top, then choose “OK” to import the files.

The files will be available in the frame’s library in seconds.

Note: If there are many files on the USB drive, it may take longer to read. If the USB drive is left idle for a while, the system may lock it for protection; simply remove and re-insert it to activate it again.

1. Insert a Micro SD card (max 32GB) into the frame’s SD card slot. The frame will notify you when it is connected.

2. Go to the Photo or Video library, click “SD card”, and you will see all the files stored on the card.

3. Click the “More” icon in the upper right corner and select the photos or videos you wish to import to the frame’s internal memory.

4. Click the “Share” icon at the top, then choose “OK” to begin the import.

The files will appear in the frame’s library shortly.

Note: If there are many files on the SD card, it may take longer to read. If the card is left idle for a while, the system may lock it; simply remove and re-insert it to activate it again.

There are several ways to delete files from your BIGASUO B-141K:

• From the library: Enter the Photo or Video library and choose “Internal Storage”. Click the “More” icon at the right upper corner, select the photos or videos you would like to delete, then click the “Delete” icon and choose OK to confirm.

• From the slideshow: While a photo or video is displayed on the screen, click it to bring up the menu. Click the “Delete” icon on the menu, then choose OK to delete the file.

• Delete all photos: In the main menu, go to Album Settings and select “Delete Photos”. This will delete all photos from the internal storage.

The Frame ID is a 6-digit series number which can be found in your frame’s settings. Navigate to Settings → Device Info to locate your Frame ID.

Navigate to the “User Management” section in the settings menu. Here you can:

• Turn on/off the “Accept New Users” button to receive or reject new user requests.

• View and manage bound users under “Users”. Click an account to open a submenu that allows you to view the account’s photos, remark a name, delete the user, or delete the user and all their photos.

• Accept or refuse new user requests under “Pending User Requests”.

If you would like to unbind an Email or App account, go to the User Management menu on the frame and click the bound user you want to delete. You will see an option for deleting the user.

In the Album Settings menu, you can customize the following:

• Full Screen: Turn on the button to make photos display in full screen.

• Slideshow: Set a time for the frame to automatically start displaying photos after a period of inactivity.

• Slideshow Mode: Choose either Sequential or Random mode for displaying photos.

• Slideshow Interval: Adjust the duration that each photo is displayed.

• Slideshow Transition Effect: Choose the effect for the transition between photos.

• Delete Photos: Delete all photos from the internal storage.

• Restore default settings: This will remove all your user info, settings, and files on your frame.

The System Settings menu allows you to adjust the following:

• Sound: Adjust the Media Volume.

• Display:

– Brightness: Adjust the screen brightness.

– Suspended ball: Turn on a quick navigation key on the screen to easily go to the Home page and adjust the volume.

– Auto-rotate screen: Turn on to have the display automatically adjust to landscape or portrait position based on the frame’s placement.

• Date and Time: Set the date and time according to your preference.

• Language: Choose the system language (English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Español, 日本語).

• Auto On & Off: Set a time for the frame to automatically turn on and off.

• Factory data reset: Click “Reset Device” to erase all data on your frame.

Yes, you have to keep the BIGASUO B-141K plugged in to keep it on as it has no built-in battery.

The BIGASUO B-141K needs to connect to a Wi-Fi network for initial setup, receiving new photos/videos, receiving user requests, and software updates. After that, the frame can play the photos/videos already stored on it without a Wi-Fi connection.

The BIGASUO B-141K supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network and have entered the password correctly. If your Wi-Fi network is not on the list, move your frame closer to your router or restart your frame, wait for seconds, and check again.

Yes, you can hang the BIGASUO B-141K on the wall by using the wall mount hole on the back.

Yes, it can be positioned in landscape or portrait. The display will adjust automatically if the Auto-rotate setting is turned on in System Settings.

If you are the frame owner or the first to bind the frame, please follow the “Bind your frame with App” instructions. All received photos and videos are stored in the built-in 16GB memory, which is estimated to hold over 40,000 photos of 300KB each. The BIGASUO server will only cache the data for 30 days for offline delivery, and all photos will be encrypted and deleted from the server after 30 days.
