Caution!

Do not fill in the dispenser with fizzy drinks, milk products or baby food to eliminate the risk of bacterial growth hazardous to health.

When using it for tea, please remember not to place inside any loose tea leaves that may block the pump pipe and make tea dispensing unable.


What are some tips for using the BARTSCHER 190990 insulated dispenser?

Before first use of the BARTSCHER 190990 dispenser, clean it thoroughly. Follow the instructions in the “Cleaning” section.

Place the base on an even surface in a safe location to prevent the dispenser from overturning.

To maintain the temperature of the beverages inside the dispenser for as long as possible, it is recommended to warm up or cool down the dispenser depending on the beverage (hot or cold). Before filling up the dispenser with a desired beverage to store it inside for some longer time, fill in the dispenser with hot or cold water and leave it there for a short time. By doing so, you can optimize performance of the dispenser.

Before you pour in water or tea into the dispenser that was used before with coffee, clean the dispenser thoroughly to remove any traces of coffee taste.


How do I fill the BARTSCHER 190990 with beverages?

Topping up the container is very easy.

1. Press the buttons on the top part of the pump, open the cover of the pump by lifting it upwards. Remove the pump pipe from the dispenser.

2. Top up the container with a desired beverage. You can see the topping up level by looking at the topping up level indicator located at the front of the jug.

3. Replace the pump pipe in the jug and close the pump cover until the buttons click.

4. Place the silicon label with a relevant name of the beverage on the extended part of the lever on the cover with the pump.

5. Place the dispenser on the base.

6. If required, you can connect several bases to make a row of dispensers.


How do I dispense beverages from the BARTSCHER 190990?

1. To dispense the beverage from the dispenser, pull the pump lever upwards until blocked, and then press downwards to initiate the pump mechanism.

2. Keep pressing until you obtain a desired amount of the beverage.

3. To close the dispenser, lift the lever slightly up, release from blocking and place the lever on the cover with the pump.


How should I clean my BARTSCHER 190990 insulated dispenser?

IMPORTANT! Clean the container, cover with the pump, pump pipe and drip tray after each use!

Use only a soft cloth, sponge or relevant brush when cleaning.

Never use coarse or abrasive cleaning agents that may scratch the surface of the dispenser. Never use aggressive cleaning agents.

Never clean the dispenser in a dishwasher.

Open the dispenser and remove the pump pipe.

Remove the cover with the pump. Press the buttons on the cover handle and lift up the cover with the pump.

Clean the container and the cover with the pump with warm water and mild cleaning agent. Rinse with clean water. After cleaning, assemble the cover with the pump with the cover handle making sure that the elements click.

Clean the pump pipe daily by letting the hot water go through it. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Regularly empty the drip tray located in the base. Clean the tray and the cover with warm water and mild cleaning agent. Dry the cleaned elements with a soft cloth.

Clean the outer surface of the dispenser with a damp soft cloth.

Hard water may leave a white mineral deposit inside the dispenser. Coffee or tea usually stains such deposits and leave it brownish. To remove such deposits use commonly used cleaning agents. Follow the instructions given by a producer!

To clean the pump pipe let the cleaning agent solution go through it. Follow the same procedure as when dispensing a beverage from a container. When necessary, you can empty the container, but first open the cover with the pump and remove the pump pipe from the container.

Then, clean the container, cover with the pump and pump pipe thoroughly with clean water several times.

After cleaning, leave the dispenser empty to let it dry before the next use.
