Please make sure your headset is updated with the latest firmware. You can download the SWARM™ II desktop software for Windows or the SWARM™ II mobile app for Android or iOS to update your headset to the latest firmware and customize settings.

Follow these steps to set up your ATLAS AIR HWBB0004:

1. Connect the wireless transmitter to the USB-A port on your PC, PlayStation®, or Nintendo Switch™.

2. Power on the headset.

3. Wait for the headset and USB transmitter to pair.

To adjust the headband tension on your ATLAS AIR HWBB0004, place the end of the strap into the higher position for a tighter fit or the lower position for a looser fit.

The controls on the ATLAS AIR HWBB0004 headset are as follows:

• Master Volume: Adjusts the main volume.

• Bluetooth Multi-Function Button (MFB): Used for Bluetooth pairing, answering/ending calls, and media playback control.

• Microphone 2.5mm plug: Port for the detachable microphone.

• USB Charge & Update Port: Used for charging the headset and performing firmware updates.

• 3.5mm audio jack 5 pole: Port for the 3.5mm audio cable.

• LED Status Indication: Indicates the status of the headset.

• Power Button: Press to power on. Press and hold for 2 seconds to power off.

• Inline Wired Master Volume: A volume control located on the 3.5mm cable.

• QuickSwitch Button: Press and hold for 1 second to switch between 2.4GHz Wireless and Bluetooth modes.

To use the microphone, insert the detachable mic into the 2.5mm plug on the headset. To mute the microphone, flip it up. To unmute the microphone, flip it down into the operating position.

The ATLAS AIR HWBB0004 will enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on if no Bluetooth connection is made within two minutes. To manually enable Bluetooth pairing mode, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Bluetooth multi-function button (MFB) until the “Pairing Bluetooth” voice prompt plays.

2. After placing your headset in pairing mode, select the headset from within your device’s Bluetooth settings menu to connect.

3. The Bluetooth MFB is used to answer and end calls as well as control media playback when connected to a compatible mobile phone.

The QuickSwitch button on the ATLAS AIR HWBB0004 allows you to quickly switch between low-latency 2.4GHz Wireless and Bluetooth modes based on your preference. Use Bluetooth mode to make calls, listen to music, or connect to other compatible Bluetooth devices. It is recommended to use the 2.4GHz Wireless mode for the best performance when gaming on a console or PC.

Note: Select advanced audio features available in 2.4GHz Wireless mode may not be supported in Bluetooth mode.

When the ATLAS AIR HWBB0004 is connected using the USB wireless transmitter in the default 2.4GHz Wireless mode, incoming calls can be answered by a single press of the Bluetooth MFB. The headset will automatically switch to Bluetooth audio for the call and switch back to 2.4GHz audio after the phone call is ended by the caller or by a single press of the Bluetooth MFB again.

Please observe the following battery cautions:

• Do not disassemble, impact, squeeze or throw into fire;

• Do not continue to use if severe swelling;

• Do not place in a high-temperature environment;

• Do not use after the battery is flooded;

• Do not use any charger other than that specifically provided for use with the equipment;

• Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
