Do NOT use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.

To get a comfortable and secure fit with your ANBES U13 headphones, first select the ear tip size (large, medium, or small) that best fits you. Then, gently push the earbud into your ear canal and adjust the ear hook to get a comfortable fit.

Power On and Pairing: Long press the MFB Key for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red and blue alternately, and the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.

Power Off: Long press the MFB Key for 3 seconds until the red indicator light flashes 3 times and then turns off.

Connecting: Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone, then search for and select “ANBES U13” from the list to connect. The headphones will automatically connect to the last paired smart device when turned on next time.

Answer/End a call: When there’s an incoming call (the earbud will speak the phone number), short press the MFB Key once to answer. Press it again to end the call.

Reject a call: When there’s an incoming call (the indicator will flash blue), long press the MFB Key for 1 second to reject it.

Redial last number: While the headset is connected, double click the MFB Key to redial the last number.

Transfer voice between headset and phone: During a call, long press the MFB Key for 1 second to transfer the audio between the headphones and your phone.

Play/Pause: When playing songs, short press the MFB Key to pause. Press it again to resume playing.

Adjust Volume: While playing music or on a call, short press the Vol+/- button once to adjust the volume.

Next/Previous Song: When playing music, long press the Vol+/- button for 1 second to skip to the next or previous song.

a. Follow the pairing process to connect the headset “ANBES U13” to Phone 1. Then, turn off the headset and the Bluetooth of your Phone 1.

b. Long press the MFB Key on the headset to enter pairing mode again. Follow the pairing process to connect the headset to Phone 2.

c. Go back to Phone 1 and connect the headset “ANBES U13” once again. You’ll find that two phones are connected to this headset at the same time.

When listening to music on Phone 1 and you receive a call on Phone 2, you can short press the MFB Key to answer the call from Phone 2. When you are on a call with Phone 1 and receive a call on Phone 2, you can double press the MFB Key to answer the call from Phone 2 and put the call from Phone 1 on hold.

When the battery level is low, the indicator on your ANBES U13 will flash red and you will hear a voice prompt.

To charge, connect the Micro USB cable. The LED indicator light will be red when charging. When fully charged, the indicator light will turn blue. Please note, you cannot use the headset while it is charging.

To clear the pairing information and reset your ANBES U13 headphones, connect them to the charger. While charging, long press the MFB Key until the indicator flashes blue.

First, make sure the ANBES U13 headphones are fully charged. Second, clear the pairing information by performing a reset. After the reset, pair them with your smart device again by following the pairing instructions.

To ensure a stable connection, please make sure there are no objects between the ANBES U13 headset and your Bluetooth device. Also, please make sure there is no radio or WIFI interference nearby.

If you have established a connection with your smartphone but are not hearing any sound from the ANBES U13 headphones, please make sure that you turn up the volume on both your smartphone and the headphones.

Please adjust the volume on your phone and the ANBES U13 headset. Make sure there is no source of interference nearby and stay close to your smartphone for a better connection.
