1. Open the top ink cover of the printer.

2. Insert the appropriately shaped and numbered ink stick into the corresponding ink-loading bin (1, 2, 3, or 4).

1. Open the front cover/tray of the printer.

2. Locate the feed roller assembly. Squeeze the tabs on the sides of the old roller and pull it out to remove it. Discard the old roller.

3. Align the new feed roller assembly.

4. Push the new roller assembly into place until it clicks. Ensure it is properly seated by applying slight upward pressure.

5. Close the front cover/tray.

1. Open the right side door of the printer.

2. Pull out the old maintenance kit.

3. Dispose of the old maintenance kit responsibly (e.g., via the Xerox Green World Alliance program).

4. Slide the new maintenance kit into the printer.

5. Close the right side door.

1. Open the front cover/tray.

2. Open the top access cover. You may need to remove a small component near the front right first.

3. Open the main top cover fully to access the cleaning area.

4. Insert the cleaning tool provided in the kit into the designated slot.

5. Slide the cleaning tool back and forth fully across the indicated area or rollers multiple times to clean the surface.

6. Remove the cleaning tool.

7. Close the main top cover, replace any small component removed in step 2, and close the front cover/tray.
