The WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 features the following components and control points:

To charge the WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01, place the device onto the charging base ensuring the charging contacts are aligned. A full charge can take up to 2 hours, depending on the remaining battery levels. You do not need to completely drain the battery before recharging.

Note: When using a computer USB port, the device will not charge if the computer enters sleep mode. You can use any standard USB power adapter for charging.

The indicator light on the WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 provides the following status information:

Slow blink: Low battery level.

Fast blink: The device is currently charging.

Light stays on: The device is fully charged.

Light is off: There is no power, or the device is not properly placed on the charging base.

LED blinks once every 5 seconds: The device is too hot (+45 degrees Celsius) to charge. Charging will resume automatically once it reaches a safe temperature.

Wash the WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 with We-Vibe Clean or with mild soap and water. Avoid using cleaning products that contain alcohol, petrol, or acetone. Do not boil, bake, microwave, or place the device or its charging base in a dishwasher.

To turn on the WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01, press the control button located on the clitoral stimulator part of the device.

To turn the device off, press and hold down the control button on the clitoral stimulator for 2 seconds.

Once the WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 is turned on, you can change the vibration mode by pressing the control button again. Each press will cycle to the next available mode.

The WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 features the following vibration patterns:

Step 1: Choose your favorite vibration mode.

Step 2: Apply a water-based lubricant to the device.

Step 3: Gently insert the internal G-spot stimulator into the vagina.

Step 4: Rest the external clitoral stimulator against the clitoris.

The WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 has two adjustable points to target the G-spot and clitoris with varying levels of pressure.

Adjusting the clitoral stimulator: Opening it will create a looser fit, while closing it creates a tighter fit. Hold the stimulator firmly in one hand and use your other thumb to apply pressure at the bend to open or close it.

Adjusting the G-spot stimulator: Hold the stimulator with both hands. Use both thumbs to apply pressure on the underside to bend it down slightly. To bend it up toward the clitoral stimulator, use the opposite motion with your fingers and thumbs.

Important: The device is designed to be adjusted to fit you once and then enjoyed. Avoid bending it repeatedly or rapidly during a single session.

Step 1: Hold down the control button on your WE-VIBE SYNC 3000-01 for 5 seconds until it pulses twice.

Step 2: Hold down any button on the remote for 5 seconds.

Step 3: The device will pulse once when it is successfully paired with the remote. The remote operates within a range of 3 meters (10 feet).

Note: The device can only be paired with one controller at a time. If you pair it with a smartphone, you must re-pair it to use the remote again.

Step 1: Download the We-Connect app on your smartphone.

Step 2: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions for pairing.

Step 3: Once paired, you can use the app to control the device or send an invite to a partner to share control.

Step 1: Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control.

Step 2: Take out the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032 button cell battery.

Step 3: Replace the battery cover. Do not attempt to charge the remote’s non-rechargeable batteries.

Note: The remote is water-resistant, not waterproof. If water enters, open it, remove the battery, and drain the water. Let it dry completely before replacing the battery and using it again.
