What are the safety instructions for using the air purifier?
For intended use only, as described in this manual.
For indoor use only.
The product is safe to use by children from the age of 8 and by persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, or with lack of experience or knowledge, but only under supervision of an adult and with taking into account any hazards.
Maintenance should be done by or under the supervision of an adult.
Before use, inspect the device and its parts. Do not use in case of damage.
Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used.
Do not place, store or use the product near water.
Do not immerse in water.
Do not let moisture come into contact with any electrical parts.
Do not use the product in extreme hot, cold or humid environments.
Do not place near heat sources such as radiators, cookers, etc.
Keep away from sources of ignition.
Do not drop or insert any objects into the openings of the device.
Attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause hazard.
Keep the cord out of harm’s way.
Always unplug before installing, removing or adjusting any of the accessories and for long-term storage.

How do I operate the air purifier?
The air purifier comes with its filter fitted inside, but you have to remove the packaging of the filter before use.
1. To open the base cover, turn it anticlockwise to OPEN position.
2. Detach the base cover and take out the filter.
3. Dispose of the packaging material.
4. Place the filter back into the air purifier. Note: Make sure you insert the filter in the correct position.
5. Turn the base cover clockwise to LOCK position, until you hear a ‘click’ sound.
How does the air quality indicator work?
The air quality indicator automatically changes colour according to the detected result of the sensor.

How does sleep mode work?
In Sleep mode, the air purifier works very quietly. Also, only the light is on.
Press any other button to exit Sleep mode.
How do I adjust the fan speed?
Press to adjust fan speed level.
There are four levels: Low, Medium, High and Auto mode.
In Auto mode, the fan speed automatically adjusts according to the AQ level.
How do I turn the air purifier on and off?
Connect the air purifier to the mains.
All the lights turn on once and you will hear a beep.
Press to switch on the air purifier.
How do I use the timer function?
Press to turn on/off the timer.
Press again to cycle through the timer options: 2/4/8 hours.
The air purifier automatically powers off once the timer is finished.
Pressing or unplugging the air purifier will cancel the timer.
When should I check or reset the filter?
When lights up, you need to check the filter. It may need to be cleaned or replaced.
The filter’s lifetime is based to your house air quality and usage.
Using the air purifier in a humid environment will reduce the lifetime of the filter.
How do I use the nightlight mode?
Can only be used when the air purifier is off.
Press to turn on the amber nightlights (orange).
Press again to halve the brightness.
To turn off the nightlights, press for a third time.
Does the air purifier have a memory function?
The air purifier has a setting memory. It will return to the last setting when you turn it on again.
How do I maintain the air purifier?
Always turn off and unplug the air purifier before cleaning.
Regularly clean the body and both the air inlet and outlet.
Wipe away any dust with a soft dry cloth, cotton swabs or a soft brush.
Store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Note: The filter is not washable.
When should the air filter be replaced, and what are the signs of an expired filter?
It is recommended to change the air filter every 6-8 months. However, you may need to change your filter sooner or later depending on how often you use your air purifier. It is important to watch out for the following signs of expired filter:
Increased operating noise
Decreased airflow
Clogged filter
Increased presence of odours
Note:
The environment in which the air purifier being used may also extend or shorten the lifetime of the air filter. Using your air purifier in an environment of relatively high pollution may mean you will need to change the air filter more often.
If the air pollution in your environment is very high, there is a possibility that the filter may not be completely effective and may need to be replaced before lights up.
Remember to reset the air purifier after changing the air filter.
How do I reset the filter’s lifetime?
You need to reset the filter’s lifetime when lights up and after replacing the air filter.
1. Plug in the air purifier and turn it on.
2. Press and hold for 3 seconds.
3. Release and the light will turn off, indicating the reset is complete.
How do I perform a hard reset on the filter’s lifetime?
When using the air purifier in a heavy polluted environment, the lifespan of the air filter may be significantly reduced. You can change the filter even if does not light up. Follow the steps below to perform a hard reset.
1. Unplug and replace the air filter.
2. Plug in the air purifier and keep it in standby.
3. Press and hold for 3 seconds, and it will light up.
4. Press and hold again for 3 seconds, and it will turn off. The reset is now complete.
What should I do if the device does not power on?
Cause: Unit is not plugged in. Solution: Connect to a power socket.
Cause: Power cord is damaged. Solution: Unplug immediately and contact customer service.
Cause: Device is defective or malfunctioning. Solution: Unplug immediately and contact customer service.
What should I do if the device does not respond?
Cause: It is not turned on. Solution: Press to turn on the device.

Cause: Filter packaging has not been removed. Solution: Remove filter from packaging before use.

What should I do if the air purification quality is poor?
Cause: Not enough clearance on all sides. Solution: Ensure there is at least 38 cm (15 inches) of clearance.
