The RIBIMEX WSR01 cordless pressure washer is designed for cleaning bikes, garden furniture and other outdoor items that require low to medium pressure water jet. The tool is not intended for artisanal, commercial, professional and / or industrial use.

This tool must only be used with clean water. Use of waste water, corrosive or flammable chemicals will damage the product.

Inspect the general condition of the tool, hose and connections. Make sure they are not worn or damaged or leaked.

Make sure the tool is properly assembled as illustrated in Section 4.

Make sure battery pack is sufficiently charged and properly installed.

Example of water supply is water tank, pond, rain barrel.

Immerse the assembled suction hose into the water source. Make sure there is no obstructions around the suction filter.

Adjust the floating ball (11) in such a way that the suction filter (9) is at least 20 cm above the bottom of the water source.

Make sure there is no kinks in the hose (10).

The pressure washer is now ready to use.

Make sure the pressure washer is connected to sufficient water source. Dry running will damage the tool.

To start the pressure washer motor, press and hold the trigger release button (5) and pull the switch trigger (4).

To stop the tool, release the switch trigger (4).

There are 6 spray patterns with the nozzle head (1). Simply turn nozzle head and select the spray pattern that suits your application.

Spray patterns: 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, shower and angled water jet.

Allow the pressure washer runs with clean water for 2 mins in order to remove residuals that may be accumulated in the tool or hose.

Release the switch trigger (4) to stop the tool completely.

Remove the suction hose (10) from the water supply.

Remove the battery pack from the tool.

Disconnect the suction hose and lance extension (2) from the machine.

Press and hold the trigger release button (5) and switch trigger (4) to depressurize and drain the system.

Clean the product exterior surface with a dry clean cloth.

Understand the product. Read and follow the instructions in this manual.

Do not disassemble or modify the product.

Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled or if any parts appear to be missing or damaged.

Keep children and bystanders away while operating this product.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.

Use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

Perform service maintenance by qualified personnel only.

Do not overreach. Maintain proper footing and balance at all times.

Keep the work area clean and well lit.

When the tool is not in use or before performing cleaning, turn it off and remove the battery pack.

Do not leave the tool unattended while in use or immediately after use.

Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease.

Do not operate the tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.

Maintain labels and rating plate through the life of service.

Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn on and off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

This tool is not intended for use by children and persons with physical, sensory or mental limitations or a lack of experience or knowledge.

Store idle power tool out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the tool or these instructions to operate the tool.

Do not abuse the power cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.

Use the power adaptor indoor only.

Do not place any object on top of charger or on a surface that might block the ventilation slots and result in excessive internal heat. Place the charger in position away from any heat source.

Do not disassemble charger. Take it to authorized service center when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassemble may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.

Perform charging in ambient environment.

Unplug the charger from the main when not in use.

Do not incinerate the battery even if it is severely damaged or is completely worn out. The battery can explode in fire.

Leakage of liquid from the battery cells may occur under extreme usage or temperature conditions.

Do not connect the positive and negative terminals with metal objects. Battery could be short-circuited and resulted in battery damage or fire.

Do not use the tools in any operations that beyond the intended purpose.

Use with genuine Li-ion battery packs (not included). Use of other batteries may cause fire. See Table 3 for more information.

Recharge the battery pack with genuine Ribimex chargers (not included). Use of other chargers may cause fire. See Table 2 for more information.

Refer to the instruction manual of Ribimex battery pack and charger for safety, quality and operation instructions.

To prevent unintentionally switching on, remove the battery pack from the product when it is in transportation, storage or not in use.

Remove the battery pack from the tool before switching accessories or performing maintenance.

Avoid unintentional starting of the product. Do not carry the product with your hand over the trigger.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) before operation whereas it is deemed appropriate, including:

• ear protection
• eye protection
• non-skid protective gloves
• non-skid safety shoes

This tool is not intended to be connected to potable water mains.

Never runs dry the tool, or the tool may be damaged. Before starting the tool, make sure that it is receiving water correctly.

The tool is designed for using with clean water with temperature below 40 °C. Do not use with saline water or liquids that is corrosive, aggressive or flammable.

The tool operates under high pressure, use only genuine pressure hose, fittings, couplings, nozzles or spare parts.

This tool is not suitable for cleaning windows.

Protect the product from freezing during winter. The product is intended to be used in environment above 4 °C.

Make sure safety lock is applied after use of the product.

Do not direct the water jet towards people, animals or electrical equipment.

Maintain a minimal distance of 30cm from the painted surface being cleaned.

Beware of kickback. Grip the pressure washer with both hands firmly before starting the tool.

Remove the product from packaging.

Check if the product and accessories (if any) are intact.

Assemble the lance (2) on to the pressure washer body (3).

Remove the hose connector ring (8) from the hose connector (7).

Place the ring (8) over the one end of the hose (10).

Push the same end of the hose into the hose connector, see Fig. 3A.

Turn the ring back on the hose connector and tightly secure by hand.

Place the other end of the hose (10) through the hole in the floating ball (11).

Push the same end of the hose on to the suction filter (9), see Fig. 3B.

Make sure the battery is dry and clean before connecting yo the charger or the tool.

Insert the battery pack (6) into the battery slot, see Fig. 4.

Push the battery further forward until it clicks into place.

To remove the battery pack, press the battery release button (12), then completely pull the battery pack out of the battery slot.

Follow the instructions of the battery and charger to properly charge the battery.

Inspect the suction filter (9) regularly for blockage.

Nozzle may be clogged, which can be cleaned by inserting a small pin into the tip and removing the filth.

Perform complete product cleaning and fully charge the battery pack before storage.

Keep product, instruction manual and accessories (if any) in the original packaging.

Store the product in a clean and dry environment, where is not freezing or too hot (exceed 50 °C).

Keep out of reach of children (e.g. lock it up).
