Step 1

Turn off the circuit breaker and use the electrical tester to test the power.

Ensure the circuit breaker is off before wiring.

Attention: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the power supply before installing or servicing this product. Serious injury or death may result from improper use or installation. Damage on the device from the electric current or improper installation is not covered by the warranty.

Step 2

Remove the old switch.

Step 3

Remove the switch and pull it away from the wall. Identify the Line/Load wires (Note: The color of your wire may be different from the color shown on the manual).

1. Turn off the power supply before carrying out any electrical installation work.

2. Connect wires according to the wiring diagram.

3. Insert the module into the junction box.

4. Connect the power supply and follow switch module configuration instructions.

Notice: Put your smartphone close to the switch module when you’re configuring, and make sure you have min. 50% Wi-Fi signal.

1. With one 1 Gang switch:

The Live wire (L) from the power source connects to the L terminal on the module.

The Neutral wire (N) from the power source connects to the N terminal on the module.

A wire connects from the L1 terminal on the module to the load (e.g., a light bulb).

A wire connects from the S terminal on the module to one terminal of the external switch.

The other terminal of the external switch connects to the Live wire (L).

The Neutral wire (N) also connects to the load.

2. With two 2/3 Way switches:

The Live wire (L) connects to the L terminal on the module and also to the common terminal of the first 2/3 way switch.

The Neutral wire (N) connects to the N terminal on the module and the load.

The S terminal on the module connects to the common terminal of the second 2/3 way switch.

The L1 terminal on the module connects to the load.

The two traveler terminals of the first switch connect to the two traveler terminals of the second switch.

3. With Wall Socket:

The Live wire (L) connects to the L terminal on the module and the L terminal of the wall socket.

The Neutral wire (N) connects to the N terminal on the module and the N terminal of the wall socket.

4. Control DC load:

The Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from the AC power source connect to the L and N terminals on the module.

The L1 terminal on the module connects to the positive (+) input of the DC load.

The N terminal on the module connects to the negative (-) input of the DC load.

Download the MOES APP

1. Download the MOES App on the App Store or scan the QR code.

Registration or Log in

1. Download “MOES” Application.

2. Enter the Register/Login interface; tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to get a verification code and “Set password”. Choose “Log in” if you already have a MOES account.

Add Device

Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi type, please turn on Bluetooth before adding.

1. Select “Add Device” and scan the QR code on the device.

2. Wait for WiFi configuration. Add the device successfully, you can edit the name of the device and enter the device page by clicking “Done”.

a. For switch module:

Press the switch button for 10 times until the indicator light flashes quickly, and the device starts the network configuration.

b. For rocker light switch:

Press the switch button for 20 times (ON/OFF cycle for 10 times) until the indicator light flashes quickly, and the device starts the network configuration.

c. For reset switch:

Press the action button for 10 times until the indicator light flashes quickly, and the device starts the network configuration.
