To install the Lock-Plug, follow these steps:

Step 1. Cut off the latch from the original plug.

Step 2. Fix the Lock-Plug onto the modified plug.

Step 1. Put the assembled Lock-Plug directly into the jack.

Step 2. The plug will click into place and will be locked.

Step 1. Push the key to the bottom.

Step 2. Pull out the plug and key together.

Step 3. Release the key.

Please observe the following warnings:

Proper length: When cutting off the original latch, ensure it is the proper length. A latch that is too short, too long, or skewed is incorrect.

Proper fixing: Always check for proper fixing of the latch, as improper fixing can cause a jam in the jack.

Remove the key: Always remove the key from the Lock Plug after use to avoid clip part elastic fatigue.

If the clip part has elastic fatigue, bend the clip outward.

To get the best matching fit, you can trim away any part of the boot or the Lock Plug.

If the Lock-Plug does not clip into a high-density jack, use your thumb to push the black area to lock it.

The Lock-Plug may not be suitable for some top-opened, too high, or special jacks.
