What should I do before putting the appliance into operation for the first time?
Please, read carefully the entire instruction manual before using it.
Pay special attention to the safety indications.
Keep this instruction manual. If you hand over this appliance to another person, these instructions must also be transferred.
Keep also the guarantee card, purchase ticket or invoice. If possible, keep the original box with all the accessories included for future inquiries.
What are the general electrical safety instructions for this appliance?
Before using the appliance ensure that the main voltage corresponds to the voltage displayed on the rating label. Always plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet.
To avoid electrical shock risk, please do not immerse the power cord nor the appliance into water or any other kind of liquid. Check the cleaning instructions.
Do not keep the power cord hanging from the table or the shelf. Keep it away from hot sources. Do not allow sharp or blunt objects to touch it.
Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or the plug are damaged, or if you notice unusual operation of the appliance.
Always switch off the appliance and unplug it when not in use. Pull the plug, not the power cord.
If any repair is needed, or if the power cord must be replaced, please ask a qualified professional or contact the Official Technical Support.
What precautions should be taken regarding accessories and attachments?
Do not use unauthorized accessories. This will result in cancellation of the guarantee and could cause accidents.
What are the safety guidelines concerning children?
To ensure children’s safety, keep away packaging material such as plastic bags, carton boxes, etc.
Always watch the appliance when using it near children. Never leave the appliance without supervision.
Children must be supervised so they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.

What is the intended use of this appliance?
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions. This appliance is intended for domestic purposes exclusively. Do not use for commercial applications; if so, the guarantee would be cancelled.
This appliance is not supposed to be operated by any external timer or remote control system.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Where should I place the oven and what are the placement safety guidelines?
Do not use the appliance over or near heat sources, such as gas heaters, electric heaters or hot ovens.
Do not place the appliance on surfaces with unstability or low heat resistance, or on top of any other domestic appliance.
To facilitate adequate air flow, allow at least 5cm of clear space between the oven and surrounding walls on each side.
What safety precautions should be taken when the oven is hot or in operation?
Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance. Do not cover it and do not place if near flammable materials. Always use appropriate cooking gloves.
Remove the tray or grill with extreme caution. Be specially careful when handling the tray to avoid dripping or spilling oil, grease or other hot liquids.
To avoid risk of burns or injuries, do not touch the hot parts when the oven is operating.
Always remove the bake tray, grill or any recipient from the oven with extreme caution. Use the provided bake tray handle or adequate cooking gloves when removing hot food from the oven.
Are there any restrictions on materials or items used in or with the oven?
Never use aluminium foil to cover the oven, its accessories or any food to be cooked.
Do not use recipients made of carton, paper, plastic or any other material similar to these. Do not place the food directly on the tray or grill.
Only use recipients made specifically for oven cooking. Always check the information label provided by the manufacturer on any recipient to be used.
Do not use the oven’s cavity to store accessories or tools when the appliance is not in use.
Do not overload the tray or the grill tray with excessive weight.
How should I care for the glass door?
This appliance is equipped with a safety tempered glass door. This special glass is significantly more resistant than common glass, but still must be handled carefully. Please do not close the door abruptly. Do not scratch its surface and do not make indents on its borders.
How is the appliance turned off?
The appliance is turned off when the timer control is set to the “OFF” position.
What happens in case of improper use?
In case of improper use, injuries and loss of guarantee may occur. Do not use the appliance in an improper way. It could cause severe injuries. In the event that the appliance has been misused by the costumer, the guarantee will be cancelled.
How does the Temperature control work?
The Temperature control establishes the desired cooking temperature, ranging from 100°C to 250°C.
How does the Timer control work?
Turn the Timer control knob clockwise to set the desired cooking time. The appliance will beep once the preset time has elapsed.
How does the Mode control work?
The Mode control allows you to choose between 4 different positions: off / top heating / bottom heating / top and bottom heating.
How do the Convection and Rotisserie controls work?
The Convection / Rotisserie control enables or disables hot air flow in the oven’s cavity (convection) and the rotisserie rotation. Both functions can be turned on independently.
What is the Bake tray used for?
Use the Bake tray accessory to cook pastries, pasta, bread, meat or roasts.
What is the Grill used for?
Use the Grill accessory to cook pizzas, bread dough or other recipes that require top and bottom heating.
What is the Bake tray handle used for?
Use the Bake tray handle accessory to remove the bake tray or grill when they are still hot.
What is the Rotisserie accessory used for?
Use the Rotisserie accessory to cook roast chicken.
What steps should I take before using the appliance for the very first time?
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and the timer is set to the “OFF” position.
2. Wash all accessories in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher.
3. Dry thoroughly all accessories and place them in their position.
4. Plug the oven to an appropriate power outlet. The appliance is ready for use.
5. Before using the appliance for the first time, set the temperature control to the highest temperature position (250°C) to ensure any manufacturing or packing residue is removed. This will also remove all traces of odor.
NOTE: The initial start-up operation may result in minimal smell and smoke for about 15 minutes. This situation is absolutely normal due to the burning of protecting substances applied to the heating elements during the manufacturing process.
How do I operate the oven for cooking?
1. Ensure the appliance is plugged into an appropriate power outlet.
2. Place the grill or the bake tray in the oven’s cavity at the desired height.
3. Put the food you wish to cook on the grill or bake tray, using an adequate recipient if required. Check that neither the recipient nor the food are in contact with the oven’s cavity or the heating elements.
4. Close the oven’s door.
5. Turn the temperature control knob to set the desired cooking temperature (100-200°C).
6. Turn the mode control knob to the desired position to set the cooking mode. The options are:

7. Turn the time knob to set the desired cooking time. The oven will start cooking.
8. If desired, press the convection button to turn on the convection function for more uniform heating.
9. Once the established time has elapsed, the oven will beep. If you wish to remove food before the time has elapsed, turn the timer knob to the “OFF” position.
How do I use the Rotisserie function?
To use this function of the oven, insert the rod through the piece of meat to be roasted and secure it in a central position with the side skewers. Then attach the skewers to the rod. Insert the rod with the attached piece of meat into the side supports. Select the desired temperature, function and time.
CAUTION: After cooking is complete, remove the food with extreme care. The food, the rod and the interior of the oven all reach very high temperatures. Some meats can release fats and liquids that could cause burns. Wear protective gloves and use the tray handle if necessary.
How should I clean and maintain the oven?
It is essential to keep the oven clean for correct operating and hygienic standards. Follow these steps after each use:
1. Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
2. Do not use aggressive cleaner products. Do not use metallic brushes or sharp tools to clean the appliance.
3. Clean the cover with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Never immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid. Do not put it under a water stream. Do not put the appliance into the dishwasher.
5. The door and its glass should be cleaned from both sides. Use a dry soft cloth to clean accumulated steam inside or outside the appliance’s door.
6. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the oven’s cavity. You can use mild cleaner products to remove excessive dirt. Do not use aggressive detergents.
7. Keep the appliance dry and clean. Accumulated steam or food residues may damage it.
8. The grill, the bake tray and the bake tray handle can be washed with water or in the dishwasher.
How should I dispose of the appliance?
This appliance should not be treated as regular domestic waste. It must be returned to the distributor, handed over to the corresponding electronic product collection point, or delivered to a collection point empowered for such purpose, so its components are recycled and not mixed with domestic waste, according to RAEE 2002/96/EC.
You can also contact your local waste collection service for information on correct disposal following environmental protection instructions.
Correct disposal avoids negative consequences for environment and health, and saves energy and resources. The product displays a symbol of a crossed-out garbage bin to remind you of this.
