Please take out the system and all the components from the box. Inspect them carefully according to “Product Introduction”, and make sure nothing is missing or damaged during shipping. If any parts are cracked or broken, please do not proceed with installation.

1. This device needs to be installed on the main water supply pipeline (after the water meter)

2. Clean pipes thoroughly before installation to prevent product damage from debris

3. Avoid placing near high-temperature heat sources

4. Ensure water flow direction aligns with device inlet

5. Please follow installation requirements in manual, refer to “Product Installation”

-Light on: WiFi connected

d. Leak Protection Indicator:

-Protect: monitoring mode is on

k. Alarm Setting-Allowed Continuous Water Flow Time (Only in protect mode 4-6):

Mean: If the continuous water flow time reaches the set value, it will be considered as a leak, the device will automatically shut off the valve and alarm

l. Alarm Setting-Allowed Continuous Water Flow Volume (Only in protect mode 4-6):

Mean: If the continuous water usage reaches the set value, it will be considered as a leak, the device will automatically shut off the valve and alarm

m. Alarm Setting-Allowed Water Flow Rate:

Mean: you may have a small leak risk if you turn this on, you will not receive an alarm if you have continuous water flow rate less than the set value

Mean: No water in the pipe or air bubbles in the pipe

Mean: device fault code reporting (EO-E5), Please refer to ‘Error Display’ for troubleshooting

p. Leakage Warning -In Advance Leak Warning:

Mean: pre-alarm notification for water leakage

q. Leakage -Water Leak Detected:

Mean: leak detected, the device will automatically shut off the valve

r. Water Pressure (Model LP365-P):

Mean: real-time pressure in the pipe

After plugging in, long press the “Protect Unprotect” and “Query ▲” for 5 seconds Until the wifi symbol flashes. The system will beep and enter pairing mode.

Long press the “Valve control ▾” for 5 seconds, the system will beep and open/close valve.

Long press the “Protect Unprotect” for 5 seconds, The system will beep and turn on/off protection.

Protect: the device will monitor your home for leaks. It will alarm and close the valve automatically if a leak is detected.

Unprotect: The device will not monitor for leaks.

Touch “Query ▲” to scroll up.

When the system is in “Protect 1”, “Protect 2”, “Protect 3”, You can sequentially view: “Flow Rate”-“Temperature”—“Water Pressure(LP365-P)”—“Water Consumption(Total)”—“Water Consumption(day)”—“Allowed Water Flow Rate”—“Error”.

When the system is in “Protect 4”, “Protect 5”, “Protect 6”, you can also view two extra pieces of information: “Allowed Continuous Water Flow Time” and “Allowed Continuous Water Flow Volume”.

Touch “Valve control ▾” to scroll down view “Current Time”.

Step 1: Enter Settings Interface.

Long press the “Settings” for 5 seconds, the system will beep and enter the setting interface.

Step 2: Set Protection Mode (1-6).

When the “Protect 2” is flashing, it indicates that you’re currently adjusting this setting.

Touch “Query ▲” or “Valve control ▾” to select the protection mode (1-6).

Touch “Settings” to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.

Step 3: Set Allowed Continuous Water Flow Time (Only in protect mode 4-6).

When the “Warning 0.2 hr” is flashing, it indicates that you’re currently adjusting this setting.

Touch “Query ▲” or “Valve control ▾” to select the warning time.

Touch “Settings” to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.

Step 4: Set Allowed Continuous Water Flow Volume (Only in protect mode 4-6).

When the “Warning 260 gal” is flashing, it indicates that you’re currently adjusting this setting.

Touch “Query ▲” or “Valve control ▾” to select the warning volume.

Touch “Settings” to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.

Step 5: Set Allowed Water Flow Rate.

When the “Warning 0.02 GPM” is flashing, it indicates that you’re currently adjusting this setting.

Touch “Query ▲” or “Valve control ▾” to select the warning flow rate.

Touch “Settings” to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.

Step 6: Set Local Time.

When the “00:02” is flashing, it indicates that you’re currently adjusting this setting.

Touch “Query ▲” or “Valve control ▾” to calibrate local time.

Touch “Settings” to confirm and exit settings page.

Step 7: Return to the home screen.

Touch “Protect Unprotect” or automatic exit after adjusting all parameters.

Tips: If you don’t want to change the value, just touch “Settings” again to keep the current value, it will automatically proceed to the next step or touch “Protect Unprotect” to return to the home screen.

Step 1: Long press “Protect Unprotect” for 5 seconds, the system will beep and clear alarm successfully. Note: The device is currently in an unprotected state, meaning your water usage is not being monitored. Please remember to re-enable protection by following step 2 !

Step 2: Long press “Protect Unprotect” again for 5 seconds, the system will beep and Re-enable protection.

Long press “Protect Unprotect” and “Valve control ▾” for 10 seconds, the system will beep and restore factory settings.

Long press the “Protect Unprotect” and “Settings” for 5 seconds, The system will beep and switching units successful.

Step 1: long press the “Query ▲” and “Valve control ▾” buttons for 5 seconds, the system will beep and displays the following icon: Note: The icon’s movement direction indicates the current water flow direction.

Step 2: long press the “Protect Unprotect” and “Settings” for 5 seconds, the system will beep and switch water inlet direction. Repeat step 2 to switch the water flow direction again.

Step 3: long press the “Query ▲” and “Valve control ▾” buttons for 5 seconds, the system will beep and confirm your settings (Auto-confirm and exit after 15s of inactivity).

Step 1: Connect the device to power cord and plug it in.

Step 2: Long press “Protect Unprotect” and “Query ▲” for 5 seconds, the system will beep and enter pairing mode (wifi symbol flashing).

Step 3: Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi.

Step 4: Open the “Smart Life” app, tap on “+” button “Add Device” in the top right corner of the app homepage.

Step 5: An “add” prompt will automatically appear, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the device addition and setup.

1. Ensure the device is powered on and in pairing mode

2. Ensure the router is turned on and has a stable signal

3. Ensure that your phone’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on and functioning properly

4. Ensure that you have downloaded the correct ‘Smart Life’ app

5. Try to place the device closer to the router

If you don’t have a whole house filter: Water Meter -> Water Shutoff -> Pressure Reducing Valve -> Smart Water Shutoff -> Wireless Router

If you already have a whole house filter: Water Meter -> Water Shutoff -> Pressure Reducing Valve -> Smart Water Shutoff -> House Water Filter -> Wireless Router

If the diameter pipe is 3/4″: 3/4″Pipe -> 1″ to 3/4″ Adaptors -> Washer -> 1″ Thread (to device)

If the diameter pipe is 1″: 1″ Pipe -> Pipe Tape on 1″ Thread -> 1″ Thread (to device)

Horizontal installation Method 1: Water flow direction is from A to B, with A as inlet and B as outlet.

Horizontal installation Method 2: Water flow direction is from A to B, with A as inlet and B as outlet (diagram shows pipe orientation).

Vertical Installation Method 3:

*If conditions permit, allow A (inlet pipe) >5 inches, B (outlet pipe) >3 inches

*Ensure device screen should face upwards. (horizontal installation)

*Ensure water flow direction is upwards. (vertical installation)

Go to “Smart Life” APP, turn off all the fixtures and tap ‘Leak Test’. During the test, please ensure that the main water supply valve is open and all fixtures are closed. Do not turn on any fixtures during the test.

1. Device operates best between 40-130°F, avoid strong electromagnetic fields and direct sunlight.

2. Keep environment dry and free from corrosive or hazardous materials.

3. Install at least 10 inches above ground, 40 inches away from walls, and 80 inches away from heating devices.

4. Regularly check power cords and plugs for firm connections and signs of damage or wear.

5. Regularly inspect pipe connections for leaks or looseness and repair or replace as needed.
