• Number Key (0-9): Used to enter digits or corresponding characters. Press 0 to input a space in non-numeric input methods.

• Long-press the【SOS】button for 3 seconds to quickly call the SOS number. The telephone will automatically enable the hands-free mode.

• Use the【Answer】and【Reject】buttons to answer and reject incoming calls.

While the remote is pre-paired, you can pair it manually if needed:

1. Press the【Menu】key to enter the pairing state.

2. When the telephone is in standby, press【Menu】→ “Pairing settings” → “TO pairing”.

3. Long-press the【SOS】button on the remote control for pairing. The telephone will prompt when the pairing is successful.

• Minimize the distance between the remote control and the telephone; do not exceed 20 meters.

• Avoid obstacles like walls and electrical appliances between the remote control and the telephone to prevent communication interference.

• Replace the battery (12V 27A) promptly if no red light appears when pressing any button on the remote control.

1. Set the SOS Number: In standby, press【Menu】→ “Tools” → “SOS” → edit the number → press “Confirm” to save. Alternatively, long-press the【SOS】key to edit the SOS number.

2. Set the SOS Call Rule: You can set the number of call retries. The SOS number will automatically redial in case of call failure or no answer.

3. Set the SMS Content: After editing the SMS content, press【Menu】to save. The SMS will be automatically sent to the SOS number in case of call failure or no answer.

1. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the telephone.

2. Insert the SIM card with the metal side facing down and the notch facing out, ensuring good contact with the card holder.

3. Insert the rechargeable battery into the white socket.

4. Place the battery in the compartment and close the cover.

Note: Insert a valid SIM card before use. Do not install or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on.

Install Handset and Cord:

Connect one end of the cord to the left-side interface of the telephone and the other end to the handset.

Power on:

Plug the power adapter into a 220V power outlet and the other end into the power interface of the telephone.

Turn on: Ensure the battery is charged or connected to power, and the SIM card is installed. Long-press the ON/OFF key for 5 seconds until the display lights up. The phone will power on and search for a network.

Turn off: Long-press the ON/OFF key for 5 seconds until the display turns off.

Make a call: In standby mode, pick up the handset or press the hands-free key. Then enter the phone number and press the green call key to dial.

Answer a call: When a call comes in, pick up the handset or press the green call key to answer.

End a call: When using the handset, place it back on the cradle. For hands-free calls, press the hands-free key again to hang up.

You can view the phone book in two ways:

• Method 1: In standby mode, press the【BOOK/BACK】key.

• Method 2: In standby mode, press【Menu】→ “Phone Book”.

Once in the phone book, you can perform operations such as:

• Edit Contact: Modify the name and number of a selected contact.

• Add Contact: Add a new contact.

• Delete Contact: Remove a selected contact.

• Dial: Call a selected contact.

In standby mode, press【Menu】to enter the “Call Log”. The log stores recent dialed, received, and missed calls. For each call log entry, you can press【Menu】to perform operations like deletion and copying to the phone book. The “Delete All Call Records” option clears all logs. The call duration statistics feature allows you to view and reset the duration of dialed, received, and all calls.

1. In standby mode, press the right direction key to enter the message-writing interface.

2. Press【Menu】to search for a number in the phone book or enter the number manually.

3. Press【Next】to enter the message text.

4. When finished, press【Menu】and choose an option:

• Send: Send the message immediately.

• Save: Save the message without sending it for now (as a draft).

• Add: Insert emojis or commonly used messages.

1. Go to “Messages” → “Inbox”. The screen will display a list of received messages.

2. Select a message and press【Menu】to view its detailed contents. Use the up and down keys to scroll through the text.

3. Press【Menu】again to perform the following operations:

• Reply: Reply to the sender.

• Forward: Forward the message to others.

• Delete: Delete the message.

• Call Back: Call the sender back.

• Add to Phone Book: Add the sender to the phone book.

• Details: View detailed information about the message.

Note: When the inbox is full, you will no longer receive new messages. Please clear the inbox regularly.

Outbox:

In the “Messages” sub-menu, select “Outbox”. This shows a list of sent or queued messages. Select a message and press【Menu】to view details or to perform the “Resend” operation.

Draft Box:

In the “Messages” sub-menu, select “Draft Box”. This stores unsent messages. You can also check the “Message Statistics” feature to see the usage status of the phone’s message storage space.

1. In standby mode, press【Menu】→ “Alarm Clock”.

2. Time: Enter the desired alarm time (HH:MM:SS) using the number keys and press【Menu】to save.

3. Sound: Choose from 10 ringtones.

4. Mode: Set the alarm to off, single-time, or daily. Press【Menu】to confirm.

When the alarm rings, press the【Back Key】to stop it. If you press【Menu】, the alarm will pause and ring again after 10 minutes.

In standby mode, press【Menu】to enter the “Settings” sub-menu. From here you can adjust:

• Date and Time: Set the current time, date, and display formats.

• Language: Select your preferred language. The default is English.

• Caller ID Announcement: Turn on/off the feature that announces the incoming caller’s number or name.

• Factory Reset: Reset the phone and clear user data. The default password is 1234.

Navigate to the display settings menu to adjust the following:

• Contrast: Adjust the LCD contrast to one of seven levels.

• Screen Backlight Time: Choose from 15S, 30S, 60S, 300S. The default is 15S.

• Key Backlight Time: Select 5S, 15S, 30S. The default is off.

In standby mode, press【Menu】→ “Settings Menu” → “Security Settings”. You can configure:

• Set SIM PIN: Lock and change the SIM card PIN.

• Set Key Lock: The keyboard locks automatically when the LED turns off. To unlock, press【Menu】then【BOOK/BACK】.

• Telephone Lock: When enabled, a password is required to power on the telephone. The default password is “1234”.

• Blacklist Settings: Block incoming calls and SMS from specific numbers. Numbers on the blacklist cannot call or send messages to the telephone.

• Call Settings: Enable or disable call forwarding, call waiting, and call restriction.

• Connection Management (Network Selection): Choose between automatic and manual network selection. Manual selection allows you to set the network type (2G, 3G, 4G). The factory default is automatic network selection with 4G priority.

Press【Menu】→ “Contacts” sub-menu → “ALL” → “Options” → “others” → “Speed dial” → “Edit”. Enter the number and press【Menu】to save.

• Firmware Version: Go to the “Version” menu to view the current firmware version of the telephone.

• Software Version: Go to the “Software Version” menu to check the detailed software information of the telephone.

When entering text, you can use the following methods:

• Press the # key to switch between input methods.

• Use the direction keys to select characters or symbols from the candidate area, then press【Menu】to insert them.

• Press the【Back Key】to clear the text or pinyin before the cursor.

The available input methods are:

• ABC/abc Input Method: A basic English input mode. Press the number keys to enter the desired letters.

• Numeric Input Method: Press the number keys to input digits.

• Pinyin Input Method: For Chinese characters. Press number keys to enter pinyin combinations and select the character from the candidate list.

• Stroke Input Method: For Chinese characters. Enter the strokes of the desired character in sequence and select the character from the candidates.

This may be due to poor contact of the external power supply. Use the original power adapter and ensure it has good contact with the power socket.
