How do I power the CAPOXO D8 earbuds on or off?
Auto Power On
Take the earbuds out from the charging case, and they will turn on automatically.
Auto Power Off
Put the earbuds back into the charging case, and they will disconnect & turn off automatically.
Manually Power On
If the earbuds are out of the charging case and powered off, press and hold them for 2 seconds, and they will power on.
Manually Power Off
In non-music mode or standby mode, press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds, and both earbuds will power off at the same time.
How do I pair my CAPOXO D8 earbuds for the first time?
Before the first use, please ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
Step 1: Take both earbuds out from the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on the master earbud will flash Blue & Red light alternately, and the vice earbud’s LED indicator will flash Blue 2 times every 2 seconds.
Step 2: Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, then search for and connect to “D8”.
Once connected, the LED light of both earbuds will go off. If the earbuds are not connected to your device within 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.
How do the CAPOXO D8 earbuds connect on subsequent uses?
If the CAPOXO D8 earbuds have already connected with your device and the Bluetooth on that device is on, when you take the earbuds out of the charging case, they will automatically connect to your device.
How can I pair my CAPOXO D8 earbuds with a new device?
The CAPOXO D8 sports earbuds have a memory function and will usually auto-connect with the last paired device. To pair them with a different device, you must disconnect “D8” from the last paired device AND forget the pairing record on that device’s Bluetooth settings. Then, you can try to connect it to a new device, and it should work properly.
Can I use only one CAPOXO D8 earbud at a time (Mono Mode)?
Yes, you can use one CAPOXO D8 earbud alone by leaving the other one in the charging case.
• If you are already in Dual mode, simply put one earbud into the charging case.
• Alternatively, take only one earbud out of the charging case, then search for and connect to “D8” on your device.
When and how should I reset my CAPOXO D8 earbuds?
You should reset your CAPOXO D8 earbuds if you encounter the following issues:
1. Only one earbud plays music.
2. Both earbuds cannot work together.
3. Other connection issues occur.
Follow the steps below to reset the earbuds:
Step 1: Delete the pairing name “D8” from your phone’s Bluetooth settings and deactivate the Bluetooth of all devices near the earbuds.
Step 2: Put both earbuds in the charging case and keep them in the charging state.
Step 3: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) for 8 seconds. The earbud will flash red & blue light alternately for 3 seconds, which means both earbuds have been completely reset.
Step 4: Now, pick up the earbuds to turn them on. Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search for and select “D8” to connect. It should work properly.
If the reset is not successful, please put the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the steps above. After resetting, the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices will be cleared. If there is an unsuccessful message on your devices, please delete the historical record of “D8” and try the pairing process again.
How do I charge the CAPOXO D8 earbuds and what do the LED lights mean?
To charge the CAPOXO D8 earbuds, insert them into the charging case properly. They will power off and begin charging.
The LED bar for the earbuds on the charging case will flash during charging and turn off once they are fully charged.
The earbud’s own LED indicator light means:
• Red light up: The earbud is “being charged”.
• Red light off: The earbud is “fully charged”.
What happens when my CAPOXO D8 earbuds have a low battery?
When the battery is less than 10% (and the voltage is lower than 3.4V), a prompt voice saying “Please charge” will be announced. This prompt will repeat once every 5 minutes for a total of 5 times, and then the earbuds will power off as normal.
What should I do if my CAPOXO D8 earbuds won’t charge or turn on?
If the CAPOXO D8 earbuds don’t charge or can’t turn on, it may be because there is an oxidized layer or something else on the charging connector or charging pin. You can solve this problem by cleaning the magnet connector on the earbuds and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.
How do I charge the CAPOXO D8 charging case?
Type-C Charging
Use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the case. During charging, the case’s power display will show the battery percentage in real time. The number will be displayed as 100 when fully charged.
Wireless Charging
You can charge the case without cables by placing it on a wireless charging pad (not included). If the case doesn’t start to charge, try to reposition it on the pad.
Can I use the CAPOXO D8 charging case to charge my phone?
Yes, a fully charged CAPOXO D8 charging case supports charging your mobile phone. Connect your phone to the charging case’s USB Output Port with your charging cable.
How do I control calls and the voice assistant with the CAPOXO D8 earbuds?
You can use either the “L” or “R” earbud for these functions.

Choose the best-fit ear tips, gently push the earbuds into your ears, and adjust them to get a comfortable fit.
What are the safety precautions for using the CAPOXO D8 earbuds?
1. Do not use the earbuds while driving a car, operating machinery or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
2. Using earbuds at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
3. Please avoid use in thundering and raining days to prevent damage or electrical shock.
4. Please keep the earbuds out of extreme heat or humidity, do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earbuds.
5. Please avoid disassemble/reassemble the product in case of failure or fire accident.
6. Please keep beyond the reach of kids or pets.
7. Please stop using the device if it causes any discomfort or pain.
8. As the Bluetooth signal cannot transmit in water it is not suitable for swimming or diving. If submerged in water, do not turn the earbuds on until completely dried.
How can I increase the maximum volume of my CAPOXO D8 earbuds on an Android device?
To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limit on max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices. If you feel the volume is too low, you can access developer options and enable absolute volume to use the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earbuds.
1. Find Build Number
• Android 4.1 and lower: The Developer options screen is available by default.
• Android 4.2 and higher: You must enable this screen through Build Number.
• Android 7.1 and lower: Go to Settings > About Phone > Build Number.
• Android 8.0.0 and Android 8.1.0: Go to Settings > System > About Phone > Build Number.
2. Enable Developer Options
Locate the Build number and tap it about 7 times in succession to enable Developer options. You may also have to enter your PIN for verification. Once activated, you will see a message that reads “You are now a developer”.
3. Enable Absolute Volume
Go back to the Settings pane and search for “Developer options”. At the top of the Developer options screen, you can toggle the options on.
Scroll down until you reach the “Networking” section. Once there, enable (toggle ON) the “absolute volume” option.
