How do I perform Step 2 of the assembly for the BODY-SOLID SPRHALF?

Be careful to assemble all components in the sequence they are presented.

NOTE: Finger tighten all hardware first in this step. Wrench tighten ALL hardware at the end of STEP 2C. Some components may be pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts; they must be wrench tightened to fully go on.

2A. Attach Upright (E), Left Base Frame (A) and Steel Plates (F) together using:

• 4 – (#2) M16x110mm Hex Head Bolt

• 8 – (#3) M16 Regular O.D. Washer

• 4 – (#5) M16 Nylon Lock Nut

2B. Attach Upright (E), Right Base Frame (B) and Steel Plates (F) together using:

• 4 – (#2) M16x110mm Hex Head Bolt

• 8 – (#3) M16 Regular O.D. Washer

• 4 – (#5) M16 Nylon Lock Nut

2C. Attach Chin Up Bar (G) to uprights (E) using:

• 4 – (#2) M16x110mm Hex Head Bolt

• 4 – (#3) M16 Regular O.D. Washer

• 4 – (#4) M16 Large O.D. Washer

• 4 – (#5) M16 Nylon Lock Nut

Assembly Notes:

1) Please refer to the drawing for the correct bolt hole locations. The bolt holes are the 12th and 15th holes from the front of the Base Frame.

2) SECURELY anchor the machine to the floor using the anchor holes provided. Please consult a professional contractor for the actual anchoring of the machine.
