2. Set the power switch to the desired power level. There are three settings:
• I for Low heat setting
• II for Medium heat setting
• III for High heat setting
3. Rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to the desired temperature position. A higher setting will make the room warmer. Turn the thermostat to MAX position for rapid heating. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain your desired heat setting.
4. The red power indicator will light up when the heater is working and will turn off when the thermostat switches the heater off.
5. When you have finished using the heater, turn the power switch to the OFF (0) position and unplug the power cord from the mains power outlet.
How do I set the timer on my ANKO AOH105?
The timer knob has 96 segments around its circumference, each segment representing 15 minutes.
1. Before use, ensure the heater is plugged into a mains power socket.
2. Turn the outer dial of the timer clockwise until the triangle pointer is aligned with the current time of day. A full 24-hour cycle is marked around the dial.
3. To set the ON time, push the black segments outwards corresponding to the desired operating time. For example, if you want the heater to be on from 7 PM (19:00) to 10 PM (22:00), push all the segments between 19 and 22 outwards.
4. To activate the timer, set the slide switch to the timer symbol. If the slide switch is set to “I”, the timer is bypassed, and the heater will operate continuously. If the slide switch is set to “0”, the heater is completely off.
5. Select your desired power setting (I, II, or III) and adjust the thermostat knob.
6. The heater will turn ON and OFF according to the timer settings. The timer will continue to operate as long as the heater is connected to the mains power.
Important Note: If you want to use the timer, the heater MUST be left connected to the mains power outlet. If the mains power is disconnected, the timer clock will stop and will need to be reset when power is restored.
